Slow ship out date
Slow ship out date. Thankfully, I qualified for their free shipping. But if you plan to pay for expedited or faster shipping, I recommend against it. They take forever to process orders. I placed an order on January 3rd. It's January 10th, and they still haven't processed my order. It shows up as Pending on my credit card. No tracking number or packing slip number created. Since I purchased a daily, dated planner (they don't sell undated daily planners), it sucks that each day takes away from the value of the planner. :/
