This was a great experience. The customer service at Let’s Russia is excellent. Vangie was always quick to respond to my questions via email and text. We applied for our 3 year visas while traveling abroad and we were able to get our visas from their office in Germany. This was so much better than having to mail our passports back to the U.S. Thank you for a great service! We highly recommend this visa company.

I recently used Let's Russia to get a 3-year visa and I couldn't be more pleased. I researched this process extensively on my own and found that it is incredibly intimidating and complex. I found Let's Russia through YouTube and decided to give it a try. Vangie took great care of me. She is super responsive and answered all of my questions about the process. The whole endeavor took just a few weeks and I was so relieved and excited to finally receive my visa in the mail. Really, really excited to visit Russia for the first time and I couldn't have done it with out Let's Russia and Vangie's help. I was traveling to Russia and was not prepared for the severity of the sanctions. None of my cards worked and I was forced to use my cash to pay for my hotel.
