I ordered a promotion mask and top. The mask arrived and it was of terrible quality. I doubt there will be any protection. After that, I asked to return it and was denied. Because the top was taking so long, I told them to cancel, I would return the mask, they should keep most of the money for the bees, and they could return $25 from an order of $51.93. They totally ignored the communication and 2 weeks later notified me they are shipping the top. Find another way to support the bees. Do not do it through this company.

I ordered 2 masks on April 20. They have yet to come. Tried to cancel my order and was told they had already been printed and the order could not be canceled. They still haven't come. I will never EVER order from this company again. The masks were expensive and I live on a fixed income. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company. A check on the company's website to try to find my order yields a "no order with this name and email" notice. This place is a SCAM and I will never spend my money with them again. Buyer BEWARE.

This company is awful. Ordered the tshirt over a month ago. Still in "printing" The shirt has been printing for three weeks. No customer service. I ask to cancel. Got automated response the I couldn't cancel because my shirt was in priing. Nothing but lip service. I think it's just a scam. I've be sending messengers everyday. It's so frustrating. I would advise not ordering.

I ordered 2 shirts got only one. Tried a million times to get ahold of someone I keep getting a generated response, kept saying to go to their claims department and it says it can't load. Where is customer service and satisfaction these days.

Letibee has been jerking me around for almost a month. They are blaming it on the virus which is making their products late. Not true, I know other people who have received their shirts in the 5 to 10 business day window. Mine is now over 16 business days late. They just wrote and told me it will be longer. Good thing I used PayPal for payment because I’ll get my money back when I put in a complaint. I believe this company is out of China and not the US, which they claim it’s from. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!!! BAD COMPANY!!! Will post this on Facebook as well!!!!

Horrible customer service from them and there 3rd party shipping. I order 2 items from cali after I ordered from here. I recieved both those before this 1 and guess what not 1 person could tell me where my merchandise was. I'll take my business else where

I ordered the “Never trust an old man with a German Shorthaired Pointer” t-shirt, and the item showed up with a typo and terrible print quality on the letters — to the point where they look like they’re peeling. “Pointer” was “pointed.” I had to reach out to customer service twice before getting a reply. I asked kindly to exchange the item for a correct one or to return it considering it’s state. I was intending to give it as a gift, which I can’t do now. At this point, even after providing photos showing the typo and defects, all I have been offered is 25% off, even though they say they have a 100% quality guarantee. This 100% quality guarantee is 100% nonexistent, and this customer is 100% dissatisfied. Customer service is terrible. Buyer beware.
