I bought 5 pairs of their tights. I only wore each pair ONCE and I was very careful...but they all tore (after one use only)!!! They say they have a "satisfaction guarantee" but when I wrote to them, to ask for a refund, the totally ignored me. Don't buy, don't lose your money.

Hi Jackie! Thank you for your feedback. We're terribly sorry to hear that your purchase was not satisfactory. What you're describing is a waistband issue, i.e. you most likely ordered a classic waistband when in your case a high waistband would have probably have worked better. So send us an email, we'll resend you a high waistband ... And you'll be able to feel the difference and experience the level of comfort we're referring too :) Hope that helps.

I’m sorry, I’m not a negative person but my very first pair tore in two places the first time I wore them. They looked fabulous but I was very disappointed that they didn’t last for me. I don’t even have sharp fingernails.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by USPS' mishandling of your package. Another pair is getting shipped to you as our most sincere apology (though you'll probably get the first pair before). We talked to USPS earlier today and they assured us that the package (and the other in that batch) is en route, and only the tracking is wrong,

I bought two pairs, wore each one once, both under slacks, as I was wearing them as a light extra layer. The color is ok. The fit is strange and loose. First pair were worn without incident, but the second pair ran (laddered) terribly across the belly & down both legs from there. #Sheertex are much more expensive, but I’ve worn mine many times at this point and they’re as good as new: a much better investment.
