When they arrived they seemed great but I wasn't able to try them because it's been negative degrees outside until this weekend. So I decided to wear them to the movies with my family the other day. They seemed amazing at first, fit was perfect, stretchy enough, soft, sheer. Everything you'd want in a tight. When I got home I went to take them off and I noticed there were holes in the thigh. Like big holes, they weren't running or anything they just kind of appeared and i have no idea how. Sh*t happens, no big deal, maybe I got a defective pair, so I reach out to customer service with no response. So I left a review on facebook and finally someone talked to me and they told me to email. I told them I did, then they asked for my order number. Then they disappeared again. I wanted a replacement, but I wasn't able to contact anyone. So I left another FB review, the same thing happened. All of the sudden I get an email saying I have a refund from them. I reached out because I was upset and the customer service rep was really rude for someone who didn't communicate whatsoever. I don't know if it's all their tights, but don't believe the hype. I am so blown away by the amount of ads I get from them promising quality, and then not even trying to rectify the issue - and then also being so rude. No excuse.

I ordered tights and never received ANYTHING. Reached out to the company twice with no reply. Never again.

I bought two, and the seam across the buttocks is extremely uncomfortable. I will not buy again.

I ordered $80 worth of tights in November and never received them. I have sent them multiple messages asking for an update or a refund and have received no response. Update - after leaving this review, I have been refunded.

Terrible product and terrible customer report. The company policy of full refund no questions asked is a joke. I’ve sent 5 emails requesting full refund and return info only to be ignored. The product had holes in them before I ever left the house. Terribly expensive for a terribly inferior product. Advertising is misleading.

I am a bit sad. I was looking forward to your amazing pantyhose. However, they have ripped in several places. I was looking forward to indestructible pantyhose. Needless to say, I am bummed. Lasted less than two weeks:(

The Customer Happiness Manger team is terrible. They don’t get back to you if there was an issue w/ your purchase. Also they ripped while I was trying to put them on. Terrible material terrible customer service. Not worth it.

Sheertex is a much better brand and quality. This brand ripped/tore on first try. Ordered a size 3X which on their sizing chart says is suitable for my weight and size. But as I was trying them on they tore on the first tug/pull. I ordered 4 tights (1 black polka dot, 3 nudes) for an order total of $80. I requested a refund but have only received a response and refund for 1 of the tights. I want a full refund and to return the other 3 unused tights. I know they will rip/tear as well since they do not fit. But I was only given 1 refund for $20 and have not heard back since. Their automatic response email says someone will get back to you in 24 hours MAX but that is not true. I would like to hear from someone please about my refund. Thank you.
