First-time customer, and unfortunately all of the negative reviews about this company's nonexistent customer service are true. You place an order, your card gets charged....and I can't tell you what happens after that, because it appears to be nothing. Two emails to their "customer service" address get no response, which appears to be their standard practice. Actually responding to questions from people whose money you've already taken, while delivering nothing in return, is the absolute bare-minimum requirement for a consumer company, and they do not reach the bare minimum. Of course there is no obvious way to cancel an order, either, so they can have this lovely review while I claim a refund from my credit card. Avoid this company. *EDIT* 3/17 - As you can see, the company replied to my initial review and asked me to email them again specifically mentioning TrustPilot - not something I should need to do to get a company to ship something I've already paid for, or to get them to read customer service emails - but I did so, and THE COMPANY STILL HASN'T RESPONDED ANYWAY (TO THREE EMAILS NOW) OR SHIPPED MY ORDER. Terrible company. AVOID THEM and save your money and time.

My experience getting these tights was AWFUL. First off, I ordered them January 7th along with three other items. I got a partial shipment with two items fairly quickly but there was no communication about the rest of my order for weeks. Finally, I emailed them - no answer for days. I use their form on contact us - no answer, same. I DM them on instagram - no answer, same . I was fed up and spoke up about their terrible customer service on an instagram ad. All of a sudden, I get a DM back, the next morning I get an email. It shouldn’t have to take a complaint to get answers. I shouldn’t be the one communicating about something missing. Ultimately they said they were waiting for them to get stock, which is ridiculous because how could I have purchased an out of stock item? If it wasn’t it stock they should have communicated that FROM THE START. They handled this SO poorly. It’s a shame because I’m so tempted to order a few other pairs because the quality is good but it’s not worth this much hassle. So ordered Jan 7th, I received them Feb 23rd. A month and a half. I try them on and they’re not even sheer! These do not match the description or the photos in terms of opacity and I see it in other customer reviews too. Ugh. To make sure this review doesn’t get buried somehow I’ll post elsewhere on the internet where people seek honest reviews. Be weary of this company’s customer service.

For the money I spent on these tights they do not last long maybe a handful wears if I’m very careful my girlfriend so far has only gotten one wear out of them before they had a run and her other pair came with a run in it. I have been a loyal customer for over three years and sadly, the quality of these tights are not worth the price. I will say I really like the seamless design, which is the only reason why I have continued to buy them, but there are other options on the market now and the only reason why I continue to be a little customer in the beginning considering these quality issues is because they used to respond to my emails regarding damage and send me replacements but now they don’t even respond and have zero customer support.

Update: they blocked me on IG and FB after I posted my experience with them. They also deleted all their fb reviews of not delivering orders to customers. This is definitely a scam company with fake good reviews. Firstly, they lied about shipping part of my order. I emailed them and Erika responded saying it was out of stock. This seems to be their typical response: they wait for you to catch them and if you don’t, they’ll rip you off. I had to email Erika several times and tag them on socials to get a response. They finally refunded me, but not the entire amount. They also don’t email you a receipt of purchase. The two tights I ordered and received, small heart print and cheetah print, both ripped the first time I wore them. Terrible customer service and I highly doubt they’re made in Italy. If they are, it’s certainly a sweat shop in Italy, which is unfortunately common.

I had a pair of these tights that lasted a year. I bought another pair around Christmas for the season and they ripped the first time I put them on. Something has changed the fabric feels noticeably different.

I had high hopes. Unfortunately my first order was off with sizing and color (fishnets) - my mistake. However, their refund/exchange policy is not what it appears to be. After multiple emails, messages etc. I have not heard back. Wasting $70? Who cares. I just wanted to find a solid place for nylons that I could rely on and order cute stuff.
