Wasted service they returned my parcel and updated status that customer refused it i never recieved it myother parcel was handled to them and the status is pending its been more than a week i want that pak companies dont use this service cause it gonna give customers a headache

a shipment from lahore to Barian cantt distt Murree booked on 29th august from lahore vide receipt no LE7507176796 and not delivered till today 8th sept. called many times but all 10 offices keep on hold and then disconnect. extremely bad service and can not be trusted. whatapp service only eye wash. In routine they deliver packages but if some delay and want to know then great problem. web site was updated on 30th august only.

Bad service always every time show out for deliver but not deliver my parcel its not one time it’s always today 3 day out for deliver show on tracking but not recieve rider not calling bad service ☹️

Shitty *** service. They never pick up call, keep you on wait forever. The tracking service don't work. I contacted them on WhatsApp, no reply. Are they trying to compete with gormit and you-know-who to see who is the shitties of them all?

Very unprofessional and lethargic people. Lost my parcel since last 15 days. Launched complaint, however, they closed it without locating the item and even have not bothered to call me

I have used this service twice, and each time I regretted it. It was a total waste of both time and money. Even when we contacted them to ask about the delay in delivery, no one replied. Seriously, what a shameful act. Please stop scamming people. I also want to warn others not to use this service because Leopard’s behavior is completely unacceptable.
