Hi Khadijah. We are so sorry to hear that the lenses on your order did not work for you. Please be kindly informed that the type of lenses you bought is indeed a thin kind of lens. It is very important as well to order exactly what is prescribed for you as contact lenses comes in different measurements such as Base curve and Diameter that ensures the proper fitting of the lenses on your eye. In addition, we apologize for being unable to provide you a return label. We currently do not have this function and we have written this as a reminder on our website as well. All returns will be unfortunately at your own expense, hence we entrust all our customers to order only exactly as per prescription to avoid these. Hi Cynthia! we are so sorry that the lenses did not work for you. Kindly know that all our products are straight from the manufacturer, hence we are unable to check each of them since we'd like to keep all the lenses boxes sealed and unopened. We apologize that although rare, defective lenses may happen from time to time. We'd like to gain better understanding of the issue, could you please email us with a copy of your valid prescription along with images of the contact lenses and the boxes it came with showing the barcode information. Please kindly be reminded that lenses comes in different diameter and Base Curve which is necessary to make sure the contact lenses sits comfortable on your eye, hence having a professional contact lens fitting done is very important. Hi Mary! we are so sorry about the delay of your order. Unfortunately, once shipped out, we no longer have control over how the couriers handle the deliveries including delays. During the delivery of your package, USPS had posted about a weather related issue on their website that can cause delays and disruption of their services and your state was also included on the list. Since it wasn't the first time it happened, we noticed a pattern where the packages (although late) gets delivered eventually. We try our best to make sure all our customers receive their orders.
