I always receive exactly what I order and it is always fast even in the middle of a pandemic.

LensPure is amazing. I have had the same prescription for 23 years and have had to get an eye exam every year until I found LensPure. 6 years I have been a loyal customer. To top it all off, I have recently moved. With my change of address they contacted me directly to confirm my address was correct so everything would be shipped smoothly. Great customer service!

Great life saver on ordering my contacts. Best part was that I had them within a week of placing the order. I couldn’t ask for more. I will definitely order from here again. The pricing is overall about the same as I was already paying on another site, but I got faster shipping here. A true winner!!

Saves me so much money. My eye doctor charges me 5x the price of Lens Pure and I wait the same amount of time to receive my contacts. Shippings always on time, excellent communication and great savings. Have been using them for the past 3 years and will not be using anywhere else.

UPDATE....... I reached out to customer service and they were not only pleasant but they bent over backwards in making my not so pleasant experience into a very pleasing one. They corrected everything that had gone wrong and then some. Knowing that they truly care about their customers I WILL be ordering from LensPure again in the future. And instead of jumping the gun with a bad review I will definitely reach out to them first if I have a problem. Thank you so much LensPure!! You have restored my faith in you and I’m one happy customer again!🙂❤️☺️ My experience was not pleasant at all. First it took almost a month from when I ordered my contacts to actually receive them. I was not going to complain about this because I thought of COVID-19...plus I’m not one to normally complain or leave a bad review. But I had two friends who ordered and received their contacts within two weeks. The final straw was yesterday when I went to put a new pair in my eyes. Opened one of the packages and the contact was ripped/torn...okay that happens...but then I opened another and it was ripped/torn as well. Because of this I don’t think I will be ordering from you guys again. And I think I’m going to reach out to my friends just so they are aware of this. Especially since I’m the one that recommended that they order from you because I had such a great experience the first time I ordered.😒☹️
