1) They show you the price with a discount at the store, but they charge you the full price, and to get a "rebate" much later you need to do some paperwork (which other reviewers claimed never brings any result) 2) After placing my order I noticed that final amount is crazy and far beyond what I bought. It happened b/c without any warning they added to my tax some kind of service fee (around $50). "The service fee" obviously was summed up to tax not to draw too much attention (unlike displaying it in a separate line) 3) I contacted both virtual chat and customer service email to immediately cancel my order - nothing but an automatic response back. After three days they just sent me an email that my order is ready and on the way. I blocked the transaction through the bank. I will return their order and will look for another seller.

This is my second review. They disappeared my first one. DO NOT TRUST this gang. #1 The rebate is a complete scam. You're never going to get any money. #2 They sent me the wrong contacts; there admitted fault, off by a mile, and insisted that I send the wrong ones back before they would send the correct ones. What am I to do in the meantime; not their problem. I went with Contactsdirect, I had my correct contacts in a few days. Then I sent the wrong ones back for a refund. Lens.com rejected it because I opened the box but said they would send the wrong ones back if I paid them $19,95. Stay away. ( I have the original information. )

Don't trust this website for its rebates. Sent in a rebate with priority mail, so I had tracking. USPS confirmed delivery yet they say they never received my rebate form.

LENS.com is a HORRIBLE & deceptive company, that is clearly guilty of US mail fraud by promising refunds or rebates and NEVER delivering in any reasonable time frame... understand 6-8 weeks usual timing could double, to 3-4 months..but it has been over 10 months and NO WORD from them... saying it is not mailed out yet..but processing forever.... FRAUD!!!

Like many others are reporting, the rebate offer is a scam. Mailed the form immediately after receiving the contact order; just checked on it and the website says my form was never received. I'm giving them one star because the contacts are as advertised, but minus 4 for deceptive business practices.

Lens.com advertises low prices but when you proceed to the checkout page, I encountered a $106 fee for "taxes and fees." This was for a $182.96 order.

Ordered lens.com the end of June, mailed in the $45 rebate August 19th, call them September 21st to see what was going on because the rebate expired on the 22nd, the lady told me she saw it it just hasn't been processed yet and to call back in a couple of weeks. So I called back today and they told me they never received my rebate, even though I sent them a screenshot of the rebate, and that the time frame to process the rebate is now closed and I cannot get my money back. Makes me wonder how many other people they've screwed over with this offer. I honestly advise to go somewhere else to order your contacts because if this is how a company's going to treat you it's not worth it

BEWARE OF REBATES. We have been waiting over 6 months on $160 worth of rebates. They will give you no help or answer questions on when you will see. I`ve sent in many others and had within weeks, 6 months is just scamming people.
