Ordering through us is incredibly easy, requiring - 1) your order information, and 2) the name and contact info of your eye doctor (or copy of your prescription, if you have it) and we can take care of the rest. Also, everything on our website is designed for simple user interaction whether you’re placing an order, changing a prescription or checking on an order’s status. This coupled with genuine caring customer service means a smoother, worry-free experience. Just what you want when you order contact lenses. We even have an online eye exam service to save you the doctor’s trip.Contact LensesBrandsOnline Vision Exam

The company gets you in with their price after rebate and says the rebates are processed in 12 weeks. Four and a half months and counting......

order placed in July 2022. It's now 10/24/22 and the $135 rebate never arrived. All fake reviews on their site. No place for actual customers to leave a review- wonder why?

Just realized I have been being ripped off with the hidden "taxes and fees." Do not use them to order contacts! The advertised price draws you in, then you order and that sneaks up a bit, then you place the order and if you don't look closely you are now paying another $100 for "taxes and fees." A very dishonest company.

I ordered a set for a total (lens + tax + service fee) of $391. The order showed that there was a $135 rebate, bringing the bill down to $256. My card was charged $391. I contact customer support asking about the situation, here is the answer I got: "You will sign into your lens.com account and click on rebate center. Once in the rebate center you will see the Order # and it will show a link (red box that states Track rebate). Click on to red box to access the rebate form. It will show another red box that states, "Print Rebate Form". You will click on print rebate form and verify all the information is correct and print the rebate form. You will need to make certain all information is correct before printing as you will not be able to go back and correct the information once the form is printed. The rebate form has the mailing address for the rebate processing center on the bottom of the form in Section 3. The rebate forms will need to be submitted along with the UPC codes that you have cut from the boxes (no photo copies allowed) by USPS and received within 12 weeks of the order ship date. Late rebate submissions will not be honored. The rebate will be issued as a prepaid VISA card that can be used anywhere VISA is accepted." What the heck is this? They ask a tone of things, that people are not likely to do, or make a mistake so that they do not get the refund. I immediately asked for the order to be canceled or to start a return process.
