After years of wearing contacts, I felt that this time they were unwilling to help justify a reasonable request however buyers beware of the 30 days return policy. Back in July I ordered 6 boxes of my prescription contacts however after wearing the ones, I still had up mid November, I tried the the contacts which i've never had an issue with prior to this experience where my eyes were Irritated right off the bat, i made sure I was putting them in correctly.Of course.And check the expiration date for any defects in the contacts itself.But they kept irritating me.However, upon reaching out to customer service, i found several issues, but their response first. They said they never really Verified my prescription, secondly, there was a 30 day window for returns. I told them what was going on, and all I wanted was to replace 4 boxes with the exact same Prescription nothing more, but they were pretty firm about their policy. And that nothing they could do. And so I had a supervisor call me back, trying to save the prescription On the type of boxes I requested was none valid. I'll order six boxes fresh look.Color blends and usually I would have purchased these many times over.But as the boxes become more expensive, I had to try to find out alternative air optix was a reasonable price. I have wearing contacts for 15 years But I wasn't expecting them over 184 to act this way professionally. I even went to my doctor and advised them what had happened.I filed an FTC and BBB claim. This is all course over 4 months. It seems to me that people are so hard up for money instead of helping. so Lens.com will help take your money vs trying to improve business as long as they get the money, because they're producing a cheaper product. So buyers, if you want cheap contacts and you don't mind Having them take your money then, be my guest but all things will always come to an end, i definitely recommend america best contact and eyeglasses, i'll find someone else. That after you've looked at the reviews, good and bad.

This company has astronomical hidden surcharges. They deceive you on the cost, and fail to advertise what the real fees are. Furthermore, if you pay for overnight delivery, they process the shipping and handling in four days. This company is criminal! I bet the reviews of excellence are fake!

Dont order from this website its awful!!! They overcharged me $70!! It said $48 per box ( i only wanted one box each per eye) yet I was charged over $170!! Then I got on to the chat to cancel it and I cant on chat, go figure! So I call the 1800 number and of course its someone with a heavy accent i cant quite understand. Save your money and go to a reputable place. Let's hope i get my refund!!

False advertising. Price listed was $25 cheaper per box if you ordered 8 boxes. Then when you go to checkout, they add an arbitrary $230 in "fees" which they claim is to offer top quality service. Unethical practices, false advertising. Off shore customer service could care less.

The shown prices for lenses are totally different from the total check out price - and no separat listing for tax and fees. (lenses were less than $56.00 in total, check out total would have been $279.00 inlcuding $9.90 shipping...$213.00 for tax and fees.... More than misleading advertisement.

Title: Charged Me Triple — Then Called It “Normal” Review: I ordered 4 boxes of Acuvue Oasys 24 Pack lenses at $65.24 each — expecting to pay around $260, with an $85 rebate offered. Instead, I was charged $531.87. That’s more than 3x the advertised price. When I called to dispute the charge, the supervisor dismissed me and said this was “normal.” I refused the shipment and followed their return policy exactly — called for an RMA, prepared the boxes, requested the prepaid label. No RMA was issued. No label was sent. No email was received. Their return policy blocks refunds unless you get an RMA — and then they don’t send one. This isn’t just bad service. It’s deception dressed as routine. I’ve filed formal disputes with my credit card company, the FTC, BBB, and the NY Attorney General. Don’t trust Lens.com. Protect yourself.

I would not even order from this company. They are not willing to work with you on returns. There full of shit.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They advertised my contacts as being $17.99 per box. I was naive enough to believe that was the real price and went ahead and placed my order. They then proceeded to charge me over $300 for 4 boxes of my prescribed contact lenses. The numbers reflected a rebate in the amount of $132 and the total amount that I would have paid after the rebate was approximately $197. My math showed 4 boxes of lenses at $17.99 per box should have cost $71.96. They were charging more than $100 of that amount. Well of course when I reviewed all of this, I contacted their customer service department and I was livid. Their website straight up deceives people and they intentionally omit important information like that they tack on “fees and tax” in the amount of $115 on my particular order. I demanded that they cancel my order immediately and I didn’t mince my words when I remarked about how their website intentionally misleads people and that they lead you to believe that you’re getting a great price, then they add on their “fees” which then makes their products more costly than their competitors. Thankfully they canceled my order without a problem. I just want to make sure no one else has to go through the headache and hassle that this encounter caused me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LENS.COM. They lie!!!
