I had an issue with my delivery and spoke to a csr rep and she said she was going to submit info to get it corrected. Even though USPS fixed it the next day she still listened and understood what I needed. Great service

I am a very demanding customer who does extensive research before making a purchase. I was hesitant to order contact lenses online, but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Lens.com. I live in Texas, and when my lenses were shipped, the weather was at record heat (112 degrees). The lenses were damaged when they arrived, but I immediately contacted Lens.com through their chat feature. I was connected to an agent named Erson B., who was very helpful and understanding. Edson B quickly verified my order and the situation. I am still waiting for the replacement lenses, but I am confident that Lens.com will come through for me. I have been very impressed with their customer service so far, and I am sure that they will make things right. In addition to the great customer service, I was also impressed with the price of the lenses. I wear some of the most expensive contact lenses on the market, and for some reason, Lens.com was 1/2 the price of all the other contact lens providers I found. Overall, I have had a very positive experience with Lens.com so far. They are a reliable company with great customer service and competitive prices. I would definitely recommend them to others.
