the pricing is deceptive

I don’t know if my contacts are being shipped of my order went through

Great price for contacts, but there's a hidden fee of almost $45 on each order that significantly affects the overall price. You can't see what this fee even is until after you've checked out. None too pleased with this lack of transparency.

Easy to place order but taking a month to receive order.

I was optimistic about doing business with Lens.com. However, they've failed my expectations in multiple ways: - While their prices initially seem reasonable, their "fees" (added in the last step) are usurious, adding about 40% more to the final price(!). This is Ticketmaster-level usury. :( - They don't actually email a Tracking number (requiring you to visit the website later on instead for that info). This falls short of basic E-commerce 101. :/ - They only offer 5-7 day shipping at checkout (in spite of the fact that another web page says 1- and 2-day shipping are available). What's up with that? - The order confirmation page says doctor verification is needed, and prompts with multiple options for uploading the prescription -- even after I already uploaded it! - Their animated "help" widget is annoying, and keeps doing that repeatedly during a visit (even after unfurling it). There's no way to turn that stupid animation off. So, meh. If I can find a better vendor, I probably will. This just gets insulting after a while. :/

$98.00 in taxes & fees is outrageous on 4 boxes of contacts! Each box average was $48 but I’m sending lens.com an extra $98.00 plus in taxes and fees

I ordered my contact lenses, sent in my prescription and added my doctor's contact information, and I received an email telling me that my order was placed on hold and I would have to call customer service to release it. This is unacceptable.

Ordered on 4/25 .but shipped on 5/3 . 5-7business days delivery. I need wait half month .
