This company promises rebates on the purchase of lenses. The rebates can take at least three or more month to arrive, if they do at all. On more than one occasion and recently they have invalidated the rebate because they say that their rebate center did not receive the mailed forms. If they wish to give a rebate they should do so at the point of purchase - not by taking months to issue a rebate card that results in more plastic pollution.

DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE and you won't need to waste time reading this review update. How can this company improve? Develop some Honesty and Integrity! In my case the Biofinity rebate then $100 (now $85). They don't tell you that you can't request your rebate form for 10 days after receiving your lenses. This detail is only in the rebate ctr to which you can only access after you complete your purchase. (The reason for this 10 day period is that as soon as they confirm delivery, they submit on your (haha) a rebate request, of which they keep and issue you a debit card.) Then10 days after receiving your lenses you'll go online and download your rebate request, and print, (if you're like 70% of people you're using your phone, so immediate printer access is out) fill it out, put it in an envelope, attach a stamp. Then you have to mail by USPS. I paid an additional $8.95 (signature priority mail). After 5 days and a delivery confirmation from USPS I called Lens.com where they told me they had not yet received it. I informed them that I had a signature delivery. She said the post office signs for them and might take a few days to reach the mailroom, I called again and was told it was being processed. Note: 3 weeks have passed since I received and started wearing my contacts. 3 weeks of the 12 weeks you have to get the request to them and I stayed on it every step. Most people are now happy to be wearing their contacts and won't give it much thought until the CC bill arrives in 3-4 weeks. If you're lucky enough to get your request off within 10 weeks, now begins the next waiting period. "12 weeks" this they tell you right up front. Not up to 12 weeks, "12 weeks" expect longer. You are almost guaranteed to need to call again. If you are fortunate enough to get a card. Now is the most important time period. "Use it". They recommend you use it as a credit transaction requiring a signature. this is for their own benefit.(it to yours as well) credit transaction take longer to process allowing them to hold onto your money longer. Debit transactions transfer immediately to the merchants bank, plus usually cost you a transaction fee.**Very important:look at the exp date. Chances are you already used 3+ mos.If you do small transactions you will constantly need to call to check your balance and will leave some of YOUR money to expire. I used mine 2 weeks before it expired as a single $100 gas purchase. Save yourself the heartache. The're as good or even better deals out there. This year I found a great company with great service and even better price with no rebate hassle. OptiContacts.com

Still have not received a response 9 days later about my massively inflated $231.87 shipping charge that was not refunded when I returned lenses that they had taken weeks to get to me, despite multiple efforts to contact the company and written responses that they were handling the matter. They really don't like getting a bad review here, but still are not providing any customer service or resolution. Do NOT be fooled by the low price. They are NOT worth the hassle.

Ordered the lenses back on January 27, urged that they came in a maximum of 10 days, because then flew out of the city where I ordered. In the end, Fedex said after a week to pay another 150 dollars for the fact that the company did not specify the recipient's data. I had to abandon the purchase, because I had to wait another 5 days for customs clearance even after payment. Support responded for weeks, sometimes not answering at all. Then they said that when the order will come back to them, they will return the entire amount to me, after a month I was again written that they are waiting for the parcel back, after another month the same situation, I decided to ask the fedex what is it, it turns out that the parcel is just lying at the customs in Peru and waiting for its elimination if no one will take it and no one turned to them with the return, and I myself can not do it anymore. Since then the support has stopped responding

I bought 6 packs of contacts from them and I was expecting to receive $295 in rebate. I mailed the rebate form and the clippings within couple of weeks after I received. I even called them few weeks later to make sure they have received it. They said it takes couple of months to scan the forms so they don't know if they have received it. After the rebate deadline, their website showed "Your 3 month (12 week) window to submit your rebate ended". They say they are not responsible for "lost" packages. I called them and they said they never received it and I can't do anything about it. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THEIR REBATE SCAM. You will never see the money and they'll simply tell you it's lost in the mail.

People should be wary about the pricing that lens.com advertises. Not only do they advertise significant rebates, that only apply to large orders, but they also try to sneak in taxes and fees, which by their own admission are not at all related to any sales tax. I tried to place an order for two boxes of lenses for, $108, the taxes and fees were $53. The total came to over $170.

Horrible and misleading website. Also, I have never received my rebates and I have attempted several times. Also, for a $400 order they charged me a service fee of $180!!!!! So disgusting.
