Was emailed a "rebate". When I stand order they added $120 of handling "fees". I contacted the seller and was told that there was nothing that could be done. I immediately ordered from the big guys in contacts.

The rebate is a scam. It was complicated to fill out the rebate form. Then it took 12 weeks to process (as if it were a mortgage application!). When I went to use it, it was declined, but the card was emptied completely. Now I have to file a dispute with the retailer. The retailer does not have the funds because my purchase was declined. But the Visa card was emptied. The dispute will take a significant amount of time to straighten out. Calling their number or going online hasn't helped at all. A scam! I will never buy from them again. Ever.

They show a cheap price and then the shopping cart has an astronomical total, which includes hidden fees that are not detailed. Very Sleazy!

I've ordered from Lens.com twice now. It seems like both price and shipping times aren't exactly what's promised when you check out. I ordered on a Friday and my order wasn't even processed until Tuesday night. No 'Your order has been shipped' confirmation email- so I had to email them to see if my order was even on the way. This is someone's vision, you'd think there'd be some level of professionalism, transparency and urgency? How are these scammers still in business>? Since 95 no less, they must of changed hands at some point. I'll be switching to 1-800-CONTACTS next time I lose a lens. Hopefully a better experience.

I did not receive my $290 rebate and was not helped by customer service. I have ordered from this company for years with wonderful service.I will now take my business elsewhere.

Horrendous experience. They advertise a Total After Rebate when you submit an order though you wind up paying a gross price which is much inflated vs. how much you could pay elsewhere. Avoid at all costs, a miserable experience all around. We are in the process of returning the contacts.

A deliberately dishonest company. They hide a $95 "handling" fee hoping you won't notice it and don't show the final price right until you hit pay. That means the "22.95 per box" contacts would have actually been $46.70. That's over double the advertised price. It's an incredibly scummy tactic and proves it's a business I couldn't trust to not try to screw me over in the future. Even if it's the same price or even cheaper after their discount (that you may or ma ynot get based on other reviews) you shouldn't trust this company with your money

They change prices at checkout and don't explain what you are paying. Shady!
