Be careful when checking out. They offer huge rebates to lure you in, but they add it back with some "fees" which they can't explain what they are. Scam.

Total bait and switch scam! They bait you in with a low price (after rebate) charge you full price but then tack on a huge additional “processing charge” which doesn’t show up until after you actually. pay, and then it isn’t even itemized. The price is just magically doubled with no explanation. Do my 91.88 order became a $155.00 order with no warning. When customer service is questioned about this they just say it’s “taxes and fees” but you never are told the breakdown. This is highly sketchy and illegal and they should be sued. I will never buy from them again. Also the last time I got a rebate it took about 8 months to arrive.

They failed to pay my rebate, day they never received it. And they won't accept proof that I sent it. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Feel like I was ripped of and deceived. Contacts showed regular price and discounted after rebate. I paid regular price in addition to the rebate amount and which was $85 higher that my cart total. Did not notice until a checked my credit card statement. Beware.

If you go for their rebate, they will tack on HUNDREDS of "taxes" and "fees" extra at checkout without listing them. Chat tried to justify the taxes and fees being over 1/3rd of the purchase total. SCAM

Was a loyal customer of Lens.com for more than 10 years. I usually order my daily lenses once a year so orders tend to be large. My previous order had rebates and after getting 1 out of 2 rebates refused I was somewhat disappointed but still came back to reorder this year. This time around the rebates were also there, but I needed contacts soon so went to order. The total was so out of what the expected total amount was I looked at the breakdown of charges and noticed more than $200 in 'fees' on top of $445 order. They advertised my dailies at $29 per box after rebates, but with this math is was coming to $83 per box. The 'fees' are hidden in the total breakdown at the bottom of the order page so one needs to scroll down in order to see them. Clearly designed to lure people in simply clicking through to complete payment which I almost did. I was on PC with 28" monitor, so no excuse for a small phone screen here. Wasted time with their customer support with no explanation of what those 'fees' are. Clearly something has changed with the company, either management or ownership, or both. Surprised no State Attorney office came after them yet as their current business practice is obviously deceptive. Bought contacts from one of their competitors and contacts have arrived today, at proper price with no rebate BS and no 'fees' tucked out of sight on the order page. Never going back to Lens.com!

Not good! Ordered contact lenses on 8/2/2023 and received the wrong Rx on 8/17. I immediately contacted them and sent back the wrong lenses on 8/19. As a follow-up, I emailed the rep helping me the tracking number of the USPS package for the returned lenses. I asked them to rush the correct Rx to me as i was out and was assured the correct lenses would be out soon. That was 8/19. I followed back up on 8/31 because I had not received my order. I was given a run around about my account may have been credited and they were looking into it. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor Candy got on the phone with to let me know they wanted to rectify the situation. But, first she needed to verify that my lenses were returned and that she couldn't do anything until then. I explained my email with the USPS tracking number and she replied she still needed approval from the shipping department. As we were talking, i went to the USPS website and found they received the package on 8/21. She backtracked and said she would do what she could. I requested that they overnight my lenses and she refused. I asked that the mail them today and she said she couldn't because the shipping department had not shown that my package was delivered.
