They Dropship the product, their pricing is hidden with "fees", paying double the normal cost, and their overnight options take a week. It is a scam. Hands-down. Stay away

I ordered a year worth of Multifocal lenses from Lens.com as they appeared to have the cheapest prices. However, that is quite the opposite of what you pay which is the price before a rebate. Why not just give the customer theafter rebate price that is advertised, without making customers return a rebate form. I expected the rebate card to be automatically sent out after the order was completed and kept, not returned. I did not know I needed to contact lens.com to receive a letter that needed to be returned to receive my $100+ back. So apparently I missed out on my chance to get my money I'm rightfully due because it expired 8 days ago. I wont order from Lens.com again and actually closed my account. I would rather give m y mone and my business to a company which has lower ricing upfront without making customers return a rebate form to get back their money.

They charge you an extra that you have to get back using a mail-in rebate. The rebate company is a 3rd party that will do whatever possible NOT to send your rebate back. It's a scam

My optometrist made an error with the RGP prescription. I was given a corrected prescription after I received the contacts. Lens.com would not accept the return. They did not receive confirmation from drs office but sent the “wrong” contacts anyway. I’m out $120.00!!!

Weeks after ordering my lenses I'm told they are not common and not stocked therefore they need to source from the vendor. This should have been apparent during the ordering phase. Then they refuse to pick up the cost of expedited delivery. A report had been filed with the TN Attorney General.

Hidden charges are a joke. You advertise $19.99 per box of contacts with rebate. When you go to check out, the prices is almost $300, with zero explanation. They are a ripoff and should be avoided at all costs, or it will cost you, a lot.

Lens.com was deceptive in9 they're up front price. When I received my invoice they had snuck in another $64 in "taxes and fees". I think this is disgusting the way they do business. I hope others will stay away from them because of my review.
