Horrible, won’t ever buy here again. I ordered my contacts in plenty of time to get before my vacation. I hadn’t received a shipping confirmation before my trip, so i called a week before my trip and the lady said yes you will get this week. I called again on Tuesday, as i hadn’t received any tracking info., the lady said yes we can ship on a 2 day and i paid an extra $8. I called again on Wednesday as again no shipping info. The lady said sorry we sent out regular shipping and it will take 5-7 business days. I was livid and asked to speak to a manager/supervisor and “none were available” how convenient. So they said one would call me back, still waiting for a phone call. Needless to say 1800contacts got my contacts within 24hrs. Never again will i use lens.com and i will let everyone know.

Tried to order over the telephone but could not understand the person overseas taking my call. I went to the website and figured out how to place my order. The lady was nice enough but I just could not understand her.

Takes to long to deliver

The showed the contacts price in the shopping cart as a good price, but then tacked on over $100 handling fee. It’s deceptive advertising and super annoying.

Zero stars! I have not received the items. And the math in calculating a price is wrong. 2 boxes at $65 each = $209.

The total cost of my order (excluding shipping) exceeded the cost identified in my cart. It was not until check-out that the hidden fees were added in to the total cost with no identification or line item on the invoice as to what they were for. Watch out for hidden fees when ordering.
