Very disappointed that you quote a price of $49.99 per box after rebate, and then add on 'taxes and fees' of $67! That's ridiculous and very misleading. My cost should have been $275 for 4 boxes. After my mail in rebate, it should have been $200. Instead, you charged my credit card $352. What a joke. If I told you that you could buy contacts for $49.99, and then at checkout I add $15 per box, how would you feel? Fees were said to be handling fees. Well, I'm pretty sure it doesn't take $50 to 'handle' 4 tiny boxes of contacts. And, you're also charging me $10 shipping. How much is the tax? How much are the fees? Your own phone customer support can't even answer that question. Ridiculous and misleading. You have a good price, but your fees are outlandish.

It took 3 tries and a week to get the prescription then I’m told it’s another 14-21 days since y’all have to order the lenses:(

Scam. Lied on pricing was charged triple the cost

Bait and switch! Run away! They offer a reasonable rate with a legit rebate from Biofinity that anyone can get from their eye care professional (including toric, currently $50 with four boxes), then slam you with $99 worth of made-up "Taxes and Fees." You can go ANYWHERE and get your lenses cheaper than at lens.com. Heck, Walmart offers the same lenses for just over $50 each. The total should be $71.96 for these lenses based on the all the pages, after rebate (17.99 ea, after rebate X 4) plus a reasonable shipping, call it $10. The total should be 81.96 (after rebate). They wanted to charge me $315.87, $180.87 after rebate. This is the definition of bait and switch! This company should be shut down by consumers. NO ONE should order from them and encourage this behavior.

The “processing fee” is huge!! Terrible - and I ordered them 4-13-24 and am still waiting for them to be shipped 10 days later. Too expensive and takes too long to receive. Will order from doctors office from now on

Live operator was friendly and helpful but could not do anything to expedite my shipment. I am disappointed.

Charging over $100 in taxes and fees and not clearly showing that until the order is placed is not ok. You should definitely make that much clearer in the checkout process.
