Taking over a month to ship my order

I paid for an order that was $400 and a month passed and I never received it. When I reached out to them a month later, there was an apparent hold on the order because of an “international shipping address”… I live in Canada, which is a market they service, so that made no sense. Also, as soon as I inquired about the hold they released the order. Not a single email or phone call to tell me there was an issue… horrible service.

Ordered on a Sunday and paid almost 30 extra bucks for 1-2 day shipping and it’s now Wednesday afternoon and they still haven’t shown up. Would’ve just did the 5-6 day shipping if I knew it was going to take 5-6 days to ship and get to me…

65$ for a box of contacts then taxes are 35$. Also I paid for 1 business day shipping and its estimating my shipment to arrive in 5 days!

Price seemed to be advertised as much lower until checkout and then I was quite surprised.

Prices were misleading. Summary of total was different than actual cost AFTER credit card information was confirmed. Took 40 minutes on chat, over 3 hours waiting for call back. Apparently there is a 39.99 handling fee for each box of contacts. When asked why this wasn't on summary of order I was told it would take further investigation. After holding for over 40 minutes for an agent I was done. Canceled my order. No Cost savings and a big hassle. Would not use this company.

Miss leading. List boxes cheap. Go to place order and find fees over $107 on 4 boxes. Had to go to chat to find out scroll down the page you enter shipping info to see breakdown.
