Where are my contacts? Paid for overnight shipping 2 days ago!!

When I put in my prescription it told me it would be $54.98 for 2 boxes for each eye or $109.96 for the 4 boxes. When I went to pay it charged me $220. after rebate. How does that figure??????

Cancel my order, said 5-7 days then order says 5-21. Cancel

Order placed 4/21 - order payment deducted from my account and no lens, just a note "Supplier Delivery Date Pending". This has happened the last 3x I have order lens from Lens.com This will be last order. As of today there is no "real" ship/arrival date. You can take the order (money) you just can't ship the order in a timely fashion. I don't want any excuses about the supplier it's 100% Lens.com responsibility.

Bad customer service doesn't answer ph.and I place an order and he dined because dr. Didn't answer them 2 weeks after they emailed ship and order I tried calling again and again no returns calls rose vogel

It is taking too long to get these. I ordered on 4/27 and they still haven't shipped. But they have charged my card! I will use someone else next time!

Website says shipping to Alaska is priority mail through the USPS, but it is actually through DHL who I presume transfers it to USPS for last mile delivery. Contact lenses sat in Kansas City for five days and have now been sitting in Seattle for five days, still in DHL’s possession. Had the lenses been shipped solely via USPS, they would already be here, but now we are past the 5-7 business day estimate because of DHL. Normally I hold the shipping service responsible for delayed deliveries, but DHL is notoriously slow, especially to Alaska, and had Lens.com disclosed they were using DHL, I would have ordered through a different vendor. For this reason, I am rating Lens.com one star for failing to disclose they would use DHL, leading to an inexplicable delay in my order (five days in one city without any movement, twice!). This is my first and last time purchasing contact lenses through Lens.com.

They don't itemize everything on the "receipt" that they email you and they add an almost hundred dollar processing fee. So, when they advertise as cheap, they really aren't. I think they just hope you won't notice or care.
