The website is unclear so I called to get a price on a 90 day supply of lenses and it was $54.29. I asked what the price was for a year which would be 8 boxes and she told me $758.00. If you do the math, 8 boxes @ $54.29 is $434.32. She told me it was because of taxes and fees. I asked if the fees should come to over $300 and she replied yes. Big Scam, that is why the website is unclear.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They repacked Alcon Dallies in clear plastic and I therefore could not cut out MFR Proof of Purchase for a $210 rebate, the only reason I ordered form them since they charge $195 processing fee. Six days and numerous phone calls and no satisfaction. Unscrupulous and dishonest.

I have been ordering contact lenses from Lens.com for 9 years. I placed a significant order in late January in order to receive the rebate. It has been 3 months and no rebate. In addition, my doctor has changed my prescription and LENS.COM will not allow me to return/exchange the unopened boxes because the code has been removed - in order to get the rebate! I called customer service and they were less than helpful. I talked to a "manager" who was the same - they both recited the exact same script and told me that there was no one else who could help me. I am very disappointed in this lack of service and will not be ordering from them again. Carol V.

Misleading pricing and they refuse to stop the emails.

Buyer beware! Lens.com low prices are a scam. They sneak a hidden, absurdly high “processing and handling fee” in at the last second of a purchase transaction and the cost of the contacts nearly doubles.

Watch out for the extra fees and taxes they add on to your order!! You will be shocked to realize your original statement went way up!! Will never use this company again!
