Disappointed. The $50 rebate that was promised did not come through. Bait & Switch? - They promised $50 on 4 boxes. Since I only need a left eye contact, I bought 4 boxes. It had to be 4 boxes for both eyes, so essentially that means 8 boxes. They also won't tell you if you are getting the rebate until you purchase, so that doesn't leave you an option to cancel the contacts. Also took about 2-3 weeks to be delivered (and this was before corona). Contact lenses are very good though.

The reviews on this site are spot on - these guys are crooks and play games with the rebates. The only reason I didn't give them one star is because the contacts were actually received fairly quickly after placing the order. Same thing happens every single time. About 3 month go by, I don't receive the rebate, I call and complain, and then apparently the issue gets "escalated" and all of a sudden my rebate gets processed. I would doubt they would have ever sent the rebate out if I didn't call and complain every single time!

I have been a customer since 2016, I always get the same script for contacts, I purchased 4 boxes in November 2019 I paid $177, I went to reorder and they wanted over $300 for the same order, $36 a box to $over $70 a box. I have always contacted customer service to match my price I paid for last order, this time i got the run around, i spoke to 3 different people got three different reasons, i finally spoke to someone and they gave price of $36.98 per box but had to charge me $60 in processing. paid $207 for the same order placed in November I paid 177 for. Do they make up this processing fee? It's really disappointing that returning customers get screwed for the reorders. If I didn't argue with customer service for 3 days I would of paid over $300 for an order I just paid $177 less than 6 months ago. Something is not right with how they price contacts or deal with customers! It's really disappointing since I never had issues with paying around the same price for orders, I get things go up but trying to screw people is not right!! Price Gouging at it's best!

The $100.00 rebate is a scam! I filled out all of the paperwork and sent it in. First i was told that my proof of purchase was incorrect, so i sent a copy of the shipping receipt. Apparently, this was acceptable but now I am told my purchase does not qualify. I carefully re-read everything for something I missed, everything was correct they even said at the time if my order to not forget to send in my rebate. I spoke with rep Jason who said it was all good and he could not see why the company denied the rebate (rebates are processed by an outside service) and that he was sending it back. Never heard another word, they don't even have the decency to email a reason. Tried calling but the phones are always busy.

Lens.com has provided us with our contacts for some time, and we have generally had good luck. The rebate game is irritating of course, but a part of the game. You cannot submit the rebate until your contacts ship (hoping that you will forget?), then you have to allow up to 10 weeks for "processing". Until now, I would have rated Lens.com as a solid "4", taking away a point for the pain of dealing with the rebate process. I am demoting Lens.com now, to a "2", after my latest experience. In short, I applied for a rebate 6 months ago and forgot to make sure that I received the rebate (after the 10 week processing time). I did not get the rebate, and either Lens.com misplaced (likely) or I didn't mail (highly unlikely, as I have copies of my materials sent). As you can only submit a rebate within the 8 week window following receipt of the contacts, I'm out $80 and Lens.com has lost a customer. The rebate is the only thing that made using Lens.com worthwhile, and without the rebate being honored, there is no reason for me to stay with them. I don't feel that they deserve 1 star, as they have consistently delivered on the rebate in the past, but unfortunately they have lost my confidence after failing to fix this issue for a long time customer.

6 months I bought same contacts for 90.00 6 months later there 180.00,god forbid I drop one...Going back to glasses.. Way too expensive,and shipping almost 30.00 ??. For what?

Lens.com is cheaper than other sites, but they take weeks to get to you. I even had a further delay when a week after ordering I got an email saying that they actually didn't have what I ordered (a very common Dailies lens) in stock and that my order would arrive another two weeks later than originally estimated. I wouldn't order again.

First order with Lens.com went well, no complaints. I placed a second order for my wife who is blind in one eye and partially sighted in the other. Having such poor sight she managed to lose her contact. No surprise there. Her contact is a special order so I knew I was going to have to wait a week or so for delivery. They never arrived. After many many calls to their customer service and mostly asking for a supervisor and being given every excuse under the Sun, I was told they'd finally shipped out FedEx overnight. I was even given a tracking number. Then two days later and still no lenses I went back to their web sight to find they'd been shipped out via first class mail. As far as I'm concerned I was straight out lied to. I placed my order on the 12th of December 2019. Today is the 16th of January 2020. Tracking says her lenses will arrive on the 21st. That's 40 days and a lot of heartache. I have been told I'll get a refund but I'm not counting on it...
