I ordered lenses on May 17, it’s been 9 days now and I still haven’t received a tracking number

The company doesn’t list its fees in their FAQ they charge a fee of close to 300.00 for processing. Then you get a 290.00 rebate which in actuality you are paying the same price as most other online venders without having to go to the trouble of getting a rebate. I feel they intentionally mislead you into buying their product. I will not be using them again use a legit company

This site may be a scam. I ordered lenses that were due to arrive weeks ago and seem to have disappeared in transit. Initially when I contacted customer service I was given a fraudulent tracking number and promised a follow up email that never arrived. After another 10 days passed I contacted customer service again and they finally sent me a tracking number via email. However the trail runs cold mid-track, 10 days ago. I have filed a report with the payment processor.

It was easy to order but after one week, I have received no confirmation or any shipping information. Tried to get any response and nothing back. Called the 800 number but after over 15 minutes on hold they gave me the option of a call back which is difficult as I am on my phone all day. Estimated delivery for contact lens' is two weeks ?

Online ordering was straightforward but quickly became very deceiving and could almost be considered a scam. Order sheet showed my "total" cost was $38 per box and $79 total. The next line had a total cost of $123 plus $10 shipping for a new total of $133. When questioned I was told there was an additional $44 assessed to my "total", yes, more than the cost of a single box! Pretty misleading-will try another source!!!

I did not get my redemption card

On the order screen, it gives a price of $91.?? but on the payment screen, it gives a price of $154.??.
