Lens are good, shipping time was good, but on going back to the website, I saw my lens on sale..(ha). After getting to the point of reorder I noticed they had added a processing fee of almost 100.00 for 4 boxes of lens. Very deceptive. These lens would have actually cost at least retail. Never buy again unless they do something about (processing fees)

Gave me 3 different prices on the same lenses. Confusing as hell. Then tried to cancel my order because of their own multiple orders made for me. Eventually I got my lenses about 10 days later. Just a convoluted mess of a transaction. I called 1 week after receiving my lenses to order more. The price doubled. Crazy crazy place. Update.. so lens.com responded to my review. Now they're offering me a rebate if I buy more lenses. Never mentioned any rebate before. Even after I pointed out that the second time I tried to order the lenses the price doubled. It went from $110 to $220. No rebate offered. I guarantee if I try and order the lenses they'll have no knowledge of any rebate. They're all messed up over there.

While the contact lenses prices are very good, and delivery is fast, I have to say the processing fee is outrageous. I'm only ordering from Lens.com because I am a previous customer. I am shopping elsewhere.

I paid for overnight shipping because I left my contacts in another state. Not only have I not received them on the expected delivery date. They have not responded to my email asking what is going on with my order.

You had the contacts I wanted, and for a good price, but you added an additional fee without any mention of it at all until the checkout process. Also, the actual price of the lenses was crossed out and another price was written in, but when you did the math, adding up my totals, the crossed out prices were used. I don't like the lack of transparency.

Not only did they wait over 3 days to tell me that the contacts I had ordered weren't in stock (why wasn't I informed of that when I ordered???), the email I was sent to inform me of the delay was remarkable for its: -lack of apology to me -lack of acknowledgement that I might be inconvenienced by a week delay in receiving the lens -stating "there's nothing you need to do" when I DID need to call customer service and get them shipped to me faster. Still ended up with a week delay. Between the delay informing me that they were back ordered and that stunning email, NO WAY would I ever order from your lens.com again. I learned my lesson! I've been buying disposable contacts online from various companies for years now. First and last time for Lens.com. (In their reply to my review here, Lens.com didn't argue with me that they waited 3 days post order to say the lens were out of stock. Nor did they argue with how I described the email they sent, with no apology for the delay, and "telling me there was nothing I need to do." However, they claim the lens were to arrive between 12/23 and 12/28. No, I distinctly remember the lens were to arrive by 12/26 when I placed the order. Also, the ONLY REASON they arrived by 12/28 was because I ignored their message saying "there was nothing I needed to do," and instead immediately called them to explain the situation and the rep upgraded me to express delivery. If I hadn't done that, the delay would've been a week longer. If I'd believed their email saying "nothing I needed to do." I stand by my rating. Would give 1 star but the service reps were intelligent, non-robotic people who I reached relatively quickly. )

I've used Lens.com several times over the last few years mostly just out of convenience. I noticed a pattern which is that I never actually get any money for my rebates. This most recent time I called in and the lady sent me one rebate for $30, but I have a different prescription for each eye so I always buy at least two boxes. Previous times they've said I sent it too late, or some other excuse. Bottom line is they lure you in with rebate offers and then never pay them. When I finally did search for a new vendor their base price was half of what Lens.com's were priced at. I highly recommend just finding a different vendor. This definitely isn't the best deal you can find.

I have been ordering from Lens.com for five years and in that time I have never ever been charged or have even seen a "processing fee", which is almost $20 dollars for a single box of contacts. So when I went to order new contacts, I was shocked to find this. I only order one box of contacts at a time and I couldn't even proceed with my order without adding another box. I have seen multiple responses from customer support at Lens.com stating that they "participate in a dynamic online contact lens market. We constantly evaluate our pricing and service options as part of our commitment to bring our customers the greatest possible value. Despite significant increases in freight surcharges and other costs we remain firm in our commitment to you." Nothing (even with the pandemic) has changed anything to warrant a $20 processing fee. This is nothing more than greed and end-stage capitalism. Needless to say unless Lens.com ends this practice of charging a processing fee, they will not earn back my patronage.
