Didn’t explain the rebate clearly in the purchase and rebate system takes a long time.

Never select "standard" delivery from Lens.com. They use FedEx ground and your item will take at least two weeks (minimum) to arrive. I do receive product, so I can't say they are deceptive or fraudulent, but they really need to consider using a different delivery service.

I thought Lens.com would be a company I could trust with supplying my lenses. However, they are obscure in their pricing. My lenses basically cost $56.24/box. GREAT price right? I ordered two boxes and the total amounted to over $177!! when I inquired as to why the total was so high, they THEN explain the $55.48 "Processing fee"!! A few cents less than one box of lenses... I was incensed... However, that fee is not apparent on the payment page. If you don't click the barely visible icon next to the subtotal you'll never know they're charging this fee. The "rebate" is another story altogether. After having to mutilate my lens box to send in the labels, it takes MONTHS for them to send a $35 prepaid Visa card. In conclusion: I don't do business with companies that charge hidden fees. I would rather go blind than to use this company ever again.

Got the order correctly. Currently have THREE rebates that have not arrived from 2022. This is factored into the price compared to competitors. How about just taking it off the top?

I have used this company before and have never had any issues. Contacts have been right and have received them in a timely manner. However, I have been waiting on my rebate now since February 2022. Customer service isn’t very helpful. Not sure if I’ll ever use this company again.

Bought lenses and never received the rebates even after waiting 10 weeks .. so the rebates are a big con.

When i went on the site it said the contact are one price and when i got to check out they were more then $25 each so it cost a lot more then i was expecting

I was placing an order for contacts and I thought that I was gettin a really good deal with the rebates that I was going to receive. Then I looked at how much I got charged by lens.com and I was being over charged the same amount the rebate was suppose to be. When I called customer service about it the lady told me that the extra I was having to pay was for taxes and they had to charge depending on the state the contacts were being sent to. It’s funny because none of the other websites that I visited charges $90 for taxes and whatever other fee the lady said I was being charged for. What a scam! Make sure you review your order and see that you are being charged the right amount.
