fees are way too high. I called in to get some discount, the representative adjust my shopping cart but when I hung up, I couldn't check out with the discount.

The order process and delivery were very smooth. Price (when after the rebate) is reasonable. Still waiting for my rebate for 5 months!!! :(

I have yet to receive my rebate that was promised, we will order elsewhere next time.

My experience with the website is not good because I could not print the 40% discount coupon. I tried many ways and it was not possible. I called the customer's attention and asked to speak to someone in Spanish and there was also no person to serve as a translator. Anyway, I did not solve either way, I cannot print the discount coupon to send it and get my discount. I am considering changing companies for the next purchase.

I purchased contact lenses on lens.com because there was a large rebate associated with the purchase. However, the policy is that one needs to wait 14 days before submitting for the rebate even though the website states that the rebate can be applied for after the purchase ships. It is unlikely that most people will remember to file if they need to wait 14 days.

My contacts were easy enough to order but I was surprised that the advertised price was not the same as the price I paid. As I read, the advertised price would be met once I filled out the rebate form. I was cool with that, so I placed the order. I immediately went to the rebate page only to find out that I would have to wait two-weeks after shipping to file the Rebate. Then, it will take several weeks to process the rebate. This makes me feel the site is rather sketchy.

I ordered contacts from Lens. com-great price $36.99 per box. However, they added a processing fee of $73.98. I've contacted them twice as past processing fees have been $28. Be careful when you order from Lens.com. Check total- you have to click on subtotal to see processing fee. Buyer beware. If it's too good to be true, there's usually a reason.

I used to love ordering from lens.com because I would get a great price. Now everytime I order, the price has gone up. Definitely going to have to look elsewhere to buy my contacts😔
