The ordering process had become a game with customers being pushed to order more lenses. if I try to order one box, the price gets increased as I check out. Unpleasant and not customer friendly.

It took longer than I thought it would to ship these. Also, I ordered 1 complete set (left, right in same color) and then a right in a different blue color. They put the two right contacts in one case and the left in another case. Why not put the left and right in a case and then the single right lense in the right side of a separate case? Made it hard to discern the difference in blues.

I was extremely disappointed that the processing fee was so high.

I like that your price is very competitive and still cheaper than other lens store. However, the initial price showed hidden charges and I was surprised at the final cost.

Cheaper than buying from your eye doctor but continued issues with misshipped or delayed rebates. Order in July and still haven’t received rebate as of 12/22.

I've used lens.com for a few years. They are not a scam but they do have not-so-clear fees and their rebate system is a joke. The ONLY reason I continue to use them is that even without the rebate, they have been the cheapest retailer for my particular contacts. For the first few years the rebate would arrive in about 6 weeks. For my most recent order placed July 2022, I still haven't received my rebate almost 6 months out (still shows as processing). The contacts do generally arrive as scheduled. Shop around by loading your cart just until you submit to compare prices (note cart price vs after rebate price). Buy accordingly.

UPDATE: Rebate received after 7 months of waiting! 😤 Will purchase from Costco going forward. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I purchased my lenses on 5/09/2022 and here it is almost December and no rebate. They say it’s a “supply chain” issue so I told them to just send me a check. Never gonna buy from them again!!!
