I ordered the lens since they offered a significant mail in rebate but I cannot find anyone to tell me how to send one in.

Never send me the refund of the offer

My request was not fulfilled, again. This will likely be my last order. I will simply order from Costco, they seem to get it right…customer service lacks, greatly. I do not need your rep asking me ‘well what do you want me to do’ be an issue solver, not a martyr.

The rebate "terms & conditions" are a bit of a scam - they make you wait 14 days post receiving your order to be able to download your rebate form (hoping you forget in those 2 weeks, I assume) and then you have a tight window, 8 weeks, to do it. We all live very busy lives and don't need these arbitrary deadlines and small windows -- they just seem to want to make it hard to get your rebate. And, without the rebate Lens.com is not at all price competitive. Go figure!

I wrote a review 3 months ago about the bait and switch tactics with their processing fees. I went in to my next purchase two weeks later fully informed and weighing those fees. I still bought from them because the net price was still the best. But that assumed I was getting the rebate as promised. Just about three months later, still no rebate. On chat today, I was told that it is "at least 10 weeks." All of the sudden, I am hearing the Who - "Won't be fooled again." When buying from them, it is best to consider their gross pricing rather than their net because the company does not process the rebates themselves and the company takes no responsibility whatsoever for processing the rebates.

The contact ordering process was easy and they came fast. However they are not the cheapest price without the rebate and they do not make it easy to get the rebate. The first time I logged in to start the rebate process after receiving my contacts it said it had not been long enough. I never got notified when it was available and when I remembered a few weeks later I was told I was about a week too late to get the rebate, which I was never told there was a timeframe to send in the rebate.

The order took 2 weeks extra, not a big deal with current supply issues. My order came with a $100.00 rebate which I tried to get once the order came in. The website said to check back as it had to finish processing. I went back a week later and filled out the rebate sheet. Only problem was you have to mail it in. I mailed it in and checked back 2 weeks later. The website says it can take 6-8 weeks to process. I check back again and it is now 2 days past the rebate deadline. I try online chat, they say, "lost mail is not our problem." I call in. They say, "so sad, nothing we can do for you." I ask to speak to a manager and they say someone will call me in 24-48 hours. Well, it has been a full week and no one has called. The thing is, they KNOW I qualified for the rebate as all was ordered and paid for ON THEIR SITE! Their process makes it challenging for you to get the rebate you deserve. I mailed the rebate sheet on October 9 for a $100.00 rebate that expired November 5. The original order was placed beginning of September and I could not get THEIR system to acknowledge until end of September. The Biofinity contacts are great, but Lens.com took advantage of me and makes the rebate process challenging. I tried to go through the proper process of contacting them first, but they don't care. One hundred dollars is a LOT of money Biofinity and lens.com. You should be ashamed of yourselves for putting the customer last and making an easy process difficult.
