Basic online ordering process and a ridiculous rebate ordeal made to make them look cost competitive. They are not, and the rebate process is structured to discourage redemption. SCAM!

I ordered 4 boxes at 15 after rebate, 33.00 before rebate and 9.95 shipping. They claim the fees are listed, but they must be extremely small because my total was correct until after I submitted my order. My card was actually charged. 255.43.

Do not buy from them. Misleading price practices - at checkout you pay multiples of the advertised "bait" price, contacts take forever to arrive, and the rebates are a scam as they send you to their "affiliate" rebatecard.com that lies about the card being sent. It never arrived after multiple conversations with customer service and promises of it being sent and resent. So you get tricked out of your money by adding exorbitant fees at the checkout, and then again when you never receive the rebate. A true s**t sandwich of an experience.

Like most I gave Lens.Com a 1 because 0 (zero) was not an option. These people mislead their pricing. It's shell game. Not only that but when you finally get thru all the bull**it they even sent me the wrong lenses. I sent them the prescription and they don't even have the availability of those Lenses period. They charged me $782.00 for the 8 boxes. I opened one and called my doctor and she figured out they sent the wrong lenses. So when I got my return info they would not take back the box I had opened even though it was their mistake. At this point all I wanted was my money and move on. So i finally get a credit on my card for $146.37. WOW! what they owe me as a refund should be around $685.00. Now I am on the phone with someone that does not speak clear English trying to get the rest of my money back. Been on hold for 30 minutes and still not resolved. I think what I will do is call my credit card company and just refuse the first payment. I'm wore out trying to get these bunch of crooks to do right. Save time and money. Buy somewhere else. You ask for additional information. Reading above are the details and if you want anything else I suggest you contact me with someone that speaks English. If I do not hear from you today I will have my credit card reverse the charges.

Don’t like needing to rate my experience

If I could give this company a 0 star I would’ve. I ordered my contacts in JANUARY it is now almost AUGUST and I still do not have them. I have called AND did the chat with a representative SIX times and they “assured me” my order would be expedited. This is a joke! If you want contacts absolutely DO NOT order from this place.

I have been waiting for over 6 months for my rebate. Rebate.com Sent me an email on 5/23 indicating that my rebate was in the mail. I have not received it yet. I called Rebate.com it’s nearly impossible to speak to a live person. When I finally did, they referred me back to Lens.com. There’s no live person there either, just recorded messages about current promotions. Very frustrating and aggravating.

This company operates "like a sc@m", with misleading pricing and hidden fees that result in exorbitant charges. I ordered 4 boxes of 12 lenses each from Oasis brand, attracted by their special price of $23.99 per box after rebate. According to their offer, the total cost should have been $236.87, including an $85 rebate. However, I was shocked to see a charge of $321.87 on my account. That's a staggering jump from $23.99 per box to nearly $80 per box, thanks to hidden fees and taxes that were never clearly disclosed. To add to my frustration, there was no detailed information provided about these extra charges. This kind of business practice is completely unacceptable in 2024! P.s.: When I realized the discrepancy, I immediately applied for a cancellation and requested a refund. The whole experience has been extremely disappointing....
