I find your pricing is good, but it’s confusing. The box price will state one thing but it never matches the total. I wish the pricing per box with any fees were just stated as the price per box.

Every time I order I am angered and frustrated by the hidden charges that appear before your order (and are undefined unless you search or call). It is a sneaky practice and does not inspire trust.

Show the true prices, you add the handling fees including the taxes. You may be a bit cheaper than 1800 contacts but it feels shady with handling fees. You used to not have them when I first ordered years ago.

I feel like rebates are a waste of time. They take so many weeks and sometimes don't come at all.

They were suppose to send me two boxes and only sent me one. But I will say that they were fast to reply and they have another box already on the way. So I appreciate that.

Order arrived efficiently. Good pricing with rebate. Good updates on review status. Quality of lenses is also good. I have ordered from this company multiple times the only downside I have found is with actually receiving your rebate. It takes a ridiculous amount of time. 3 months. Then after the rebate has taken multiple painful steps you still may have to contact them and tell them that you still haven't gotten the rebate after it says it has been mailed! My guess is they hope you have forgotten about it because it takes so incredibly long.

They never deliver on time. I've called after 10 days to have them tell me the order hasn't been placed yet. Also, the rebate program is a joke. It is obviously meant for you to jump through hoops so you forget about it or give up. Not worth your time. Shop elsewhere!
