Never received my rebate. Also, price quoted is not price charged. This is a scam operation ... never again.

They advertised a great discount to get you "hooked". Then future purchases are much higher plus they hide until the very end of your payment that there are "additional fees and taxes" that are outrageously high and an obvious deception. I gave them a chance to price match with competitor and they refused to even consider it.

Hi. The rebate is a scam. They have lost 2 out of 4 rebate forms . While others companies I have order from rebate is all online and process quickly . Out of all the mail I sent this year only 2 letters got lost both from the rebate center . Don’t count on your rebate.

FYI make sure you look at your order!! I was thinking I was getting my contacts for 65.24 a box. I ordered 4 boxes total. That adds up to 260.96 plus shipping 9.95 and what my state taxes would be. But they added a service fee of 71.96. And out of that fee they could not even tell me what I paid in taxes.

Takes months to get your rebate, and then it comes in the form of a debit card that is rejected every time I try to use it. The card is active and valid according to the prepaid card portal, but still comes up invalid. I'm out $300.

Contacts were advertised at a low price but once you go to check out they charge a service fee and you can only receive the discounted price by purchasing at full price and submitting a rebate. I submitted the rebate with signature confirmation and they still claim to have never received it. Total scam! Update: After receiving my contacts I immediately submitted my rebate form and UPCs from the boxes. I took photographs because of the other reviews that the rebate had not been received and mailed everything via USPS signature confirmation. 12 weeks later I had not received my rebate and the website said it had expired because I had not submitted paperwork. I contacted Lens.com who referred me to contact RebateCenter.com. I emailed RebateCebter with the photos of the completed form, UPCs and the USPS signature confirmation. They replied back that they had never received it and the rebate had expired. At this point I contacted the Better Business Bureau and left several negative reviews including this one. Within in hours the Better Business Bureau had reached out to Lens.com who presumably contacted the rebate company and my rebate status was approved. My order was June 19, 2024. Rebate mailed on July 1 and signature of confirmation was dated July 9th. I made contact with Len’s.com and rebate center customer service Sept. 19. Email communication now says the rebate visa gift card will arrive on or before Nov.14. I’ll update my review at that point to let everyone know if I did indeed receive it. I will say that the order of the actual contacts went well, they were shipped immediately and arrived quickly. I just think it’s a shame there is clearly some deceptive practices being used regarding the rebates.

Don’t waste your time. I just wasted 2 weeks of trying to order contacts because I was initially told the my prescription was blurry but never got an email. I only knew this because I logged in to see why I had not gotten an email telling me that my contacts shipped. So I took another pic of my prescription and made sure it was clear before sending it. Just got a notice that they still won’t accept it. It’s the prescription my eye dr gave me!! It has all of the info they need on it! It worked on another site previously but now it’s an issue at Lens.com. So, here I am two weeks later, and I have to start the process over again with another company. It’s ridiculous. I just want my contacts.
