What a nightmare! Ordered the contacts on July 3, 2019 and it is now Aug 7, 2019 and still no contacts. Called and talked to a lady who said she would resend the contacts since the first pair got lost in Chino, California. She also said she would send them by two day air. Another week gone by and still no contacts! Called Lens.com again and spoke to a rude woman named Mackenzie. She all but called me a liar and said there was no reorder done a week ago. She said she would have the contacts shipped again and overnighted, however, overnight apparently means they will be here on the 14th of August. So disappointed! Save your self the headache and extended blindness and go somewhere else! **UPDATE 8/21*** The contacts finally arrived via Fed Ex 7 weeks after I placed my order. You read that right folks...7 weeks to get contacts from this company! They were real great about saying they were sorry (not very helpful when you can't see) and at one point I was told by management "no worries, we resent them". No worries? My card had been charged and I have paid the credit card bill and yet, I have nothing to show for my purchase but squinty eyes and a headache every day by noon. Lens.com paid for overnight shipping at no extra charge to me and it still took 7 weeks start to finish! Please do yourself a favor and order somewhere else. I own a business and I would never dream of treating my customers the way I was treated. I am very disappointed that this company did not do more to right their wrong. I will never order from Lens.com again and neither should you!

They scammed me out of the $100 rebate gift card 2 years in a row. I forgot about it the first year because they say it can take up to 10 weeks. I remembered when I ordered this year and tried to submit for both. They denied both of my claims stating I was trying to submit for (2) orders which were both placed over a year ago. Not true. I bought the extra contacts to get the rebate and got screwed. Never again. Hope everyone reads this and looks elsewhere.

I just screwed myself over. I had just bought contacts 3 months ago I was in a hurry reordered the exact same contacts now the price went from 60 dollars to 90. And they are saying I have to fill out a rebate form to get the same price. And from what I have read from others I won't never see the rebate. Needless to say I am now finished with them. I will just buy locally they have now become a scam site in my opinion.

Order contacts. They sent me an email stating my order is on hold because they couldn't contact doctor. A week later I finally went to update doc info. Site said order was expired. So I placed a new order for contacts with a new # for doctor. Today I was billed for both orders. Not happy to be scammed.

I would give 0 star if it was possible. The company is cheating with rebates. They state that they never receive application despite of two applications was send with recommended letter. No rebates received after 8 months. Repeated contacts to customer service was not helpful. I would never order from them again and so my friends.

I placed my order with Lens.com in May of 2019 and was eligible for an $80 rebate. I mailed in my form the next day upon receiving and have continuously checked on the status with the screen freezing, or just not responsive. It's been 9 weeks and I believe I will not be getting this rebate, and Lens.com will not be receiving any more business from me.

Have ordered for years with no problem, however the last two times they did not honor the rebate offer. They are a sham. Do not order from them. When you call to question the rebate they will tell you it got lost in mail or it's on it's way or you were not qualified for rebate (not true). They LIE!!!

What makes lens.com so great, is that after the rebate, your contacts come out to a great value, as compared to their competition. Unfortunately, they do not honor their rebates. Which makes them just an overpriced, crappy version of 1-800-Contacts. Update: Lens.com reported my review as being written by someone who didn't order from them. I sent my proof of purchase to trustpilot in response. As if they weren't dishonest enough to begin with. You guys at Lens.com are literally unbelievable. Dubious scumbags.
