The lenses I received were just fine but this was my third order and they keep jacking up the price and this will be my last order!! The first order was $82.66 the second order was $115.93 now the third was $126.95. Not a fan of how this company does business.

Horrible experience trying to return and re-order lenses. I had to call 6 times just to order lenses and every single time I was on the phone for no less than 30 minutes and was told a different story by each representative. Each time I called they had no record of my previous call or the order for the new contacts. On the fifth call I even spoke with a supervisor who issued me a $20 credit for the inconvenience and claimed she ordered the contacts but that it would take 4-6 weeks for them to be shipped! I called a sixth time to check the status of the order and there was no order or record of my last call!!! At that point I just decided to pay a little more and order them from 1-800-contacts, where they took my old lenses that I had purchased with Lens.com, issued me a refund for them, ordered my new lenses, shipped them out for free and I got my lenses within 4 days! Lens.com has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced and I highly recommend everyone use 1-800-contacts for purchasing their lenses.

Ordered online, prescription passed their verification process, their website stated the manufacturer "They have assured us we will receive your lenses by 01/09/2020.". The date of this review is the evening of January 14 2020. My prescription expires in a few days. Ordering through these people resulted in running out of contacts, the expiration of my prescription while waiting for them to fulfill the order, frustration and waste of time. they offered a an apology in the form "we did not get your shipment in on that date, I apologize". unfortunately, my storage room is full of similar of apologies, I would appreciate an order delivered on time. I suspect these people are low on cash, they take the cash from customers, use it for their business needs, place the order with manufacturera with a few days delay. In the meantime, they use other people's cash for 0% interest. I'd say this outfit is going under. My order total was 518.63.

I have used Lens.com on several occasions and I will not use them again. It takes WEEKS to get your contacts and its never changed. The lst time I ordered two boxes for the rebate. Never got it. I see the posts where the company says they have tried to fix things, but come on. These issues are ongoing.

I have been waiting for over 4 weeks to receive my contact lenses. I decided to save some money by using their business but it's proven to be a big mistake as I had to go buy the very same ones from Costco (which I ordered two weeks after I ordered with lens.com) and have already received my product. It's ridiculous. It wouldn't be if they told you that before you placed your order. I'm just hoping it's not some fake product when it does eventually arrive.

Horrible service and run arounds about shipping. They got me twice with the same excuses. Never again

This company is a scam... Do not waste your time or money... First time I ordered I had to call customer service and the representative literally burped in my ear and said "Sorry bud, nothing I can do for you...". And like the stupid person that I am I tried again like this is just a fluke... Nope... They tell me my order is prossesed and they'll let me know tracking information... I have to call customer service again to get tracking information, AAANNNDDD then they decided to send me an email telling me my contacts will be out of stock for four weeks... Sorry... What kind of horse crap company is this??? 0-stars on business ethic and integrity... And 0-stars for care of customer... It's a numbers game for them... Worst company ever...

If I could give them no stars I would, wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Seems everyone has the same experience with this company. I put my order in Dec 11, I called to check on the status as online it says in fulfillment and I was originally given a delivery date of Dec 24-27. Today I was told they didn’t have them in stock and don’t know when they are getting them. My response to them was why want I informed that they were not in stock to which I was told you’re right they should have informed you. Canceled my order and going somewhere else, stay away from lens.com!!!!
