Contacts arrived quickly, very satisfied with the product and pricing, Rebate takes a minimum of 12 weeks which is ridiculously long...but it did arrive. I have used this company for years and have been very satisfied

It came in great condition, still took a while to get here.

Received lenses 9 days after ordering on-line. After delay in online Order processing (Form/Rx Info mismatch) lenses were shipped by Fed Ex Standard. It could have been faster if Online "prescription Info" was not needed and USPS priority mail was used for my area. (I recommend that if you live in a Rural Area, then request all shipments to be sent by USPS for faster, reliable delivery, even on weekends!) Time was wasted by filling-out online form details, when a simple copy of Rx could have been used instead. However, this was not clear on Web Page until form details were filled out. After completing the order request online, Lens.com sent back an E-mail stating that the Order could not be processed as "the on-line Form and prescription copy info did not match". I had to re-send a copy of prescription again by E-mail to complete order with Doctor verification of details; and processing was initiated in 4 days.

Never any issues with lens.com. Very satisfied

The lenses are great. You do have to wait a bit for them to arrive but the quality of the lenses are great. The only reason I won’t buy anymore is because the taxes and fees are just ridiculous. If it wasn’t for that, I’d buy so many more. I’m sorry $60 or higher in taxes and fees is way too much especially if I would just like to try a couple boxes to see if there the ones I’d buy 4 boxes each of.

Great price. It just took longer than exlrcted

I've ordered contacts from lens.com a couple of times. 5 stars on shipping, 3 stars on price, 3 stars on returns. Shipping is fast and the packaging excellent. Price is among the best, eventually. The rebate process is time consuming, kind of a hassle, and pretty outdated for 2023. 3 stars on returns. Customer Service is great, but you have to call, wait on hold, speak to a live person, read off your address and other information, and then wait 2-3 days for the RMA to be emailed. Again, time consuming, kind of a hassle, and pretty outdated for 2023. Still - best price on brand name contacts, and very nice people so a solid 4 stars overall. 5 if you're less of a crank than I am.
