Rebate card came after it had already expired. They refused to issue a new one. Initially said that the rebate would be credited to my card but that was a lie. I called back to check on the credit and they changed their story. Stay away. I was a loyal customer for many years but not anymore.

deceptive bait and switch tactics. Advertise the lenses I want at $29 a box. I put four boxes in my online shopping cart, it shows $116 with $0 shipping and handling. I place my order and in my email I see the price after ordering has jumped to $181 including a $58 processing fee and $8 shipping charge. These are scammers. I am planning to file a dispute with the credit card company if I am not refunded.

I've used Lens.com for the past several (2-3?) years for reordering my AccuVue Oasys contacts. It's that time to order more, so I got an email from them. OK. Great! I'm sure I'll get a deal since I'm a loyal customer. Uh, no. Clicking through the link, my costs were going to be $200 for a year's supply. That's a lot more than in the past. Then I notice that there's a $30 processing fee. Where did THAT come from???? And there's a $50 rebate. I've seen that before. It's a PITA to do it, but I've done it before and gotten the money back. So, rather than click on the email, I decided to go straight to the website. The price per box was cut in half. WHAT THE...???? So much for being a loyal customer. Then I see that the rebate is gone and the processing fee went up to $60!!!! That was half the cost of the contacts! ($60/box). If you want a good laugh, here's their reasoning (it's in a link at checkout): "What is processing? It's your best friend when it comes to saving money. Other sites pack all their costs into the per-box price. We don't. We keep our per-box price as low as possible, passing on the savings to you. We cover our costs and overheads in the processing fee rather than hiding them. Other sites without a processing fee will often price match. We don't. That means they know their price is high. They require you to waste your valuable time scouring the web to find a lower price. If you don't, you're guaranteed to be paying too much. Oh by the way, our competitors often have to match our everyday low prices and they hate it. The bottom line is.... with Lens.com the amount that comes off your credit card is lower, even with the processing and without you needing to play the price-match game." Um, "best friend"? I don't think I would use those words. Whoever wrote that reasoning should be working for a political campaign. That's the craziest explanation for a "fee" that I've ever read. They've added this fee so that their prices look cheapest on Google. That's it, plain and simple. Keep in mind that these are contact lenses that they get in a sealed box. They aren't having to repackage anything and the shipping package is small enough that it can easily fit in a mailbox. I can ship a lot bigger packages than 2 boxes of contacts for a lot less than $60. I'm going elsewhere for my contacts from now on. They've lost my business.

I ordered one box of six “reader" contact lenses from Lens.com. They were backordered so I also placed an order with a second on-line company. The first lenses that I ordered on Lens.com cost twice as much as the same lenses on the other company. Also shipping & handling for one box of six lenses (one eye only) was $13.95 versus a S&H of $1.99 with the other company. Total bill difference was $24.33. Both boxes were manufactured at the same location.I returned the box from Lens.com and will not purchase from them again.

Buyer Be Aware! Lens.com claims to provide you with rebates. Interesting they won't deliver rebate to PO Box. They took my money. Billing address is a PO Box, they delivered the contacts to the PO Box, but they don't issue rebates to a PO Box. Go Fig. (Purchase 4 Boxes of Biofinity and receive a $40 Rebate from Lens.com. Status Invalid Invalid Reason(s) PO BOX Address is not accepted for this offer.) I posted this review on 6/30/2020. Interestingly enough, I receive a phone call this morning 7/1/2020 from their CS. They and said that this is their policy and it was written in the terms and conditions. There is no such wording about PO boxes in it, here is a copy of said T&C. Terms and conditions: Rebate applies to purchases only at Lens.com. Limit one rebate per product ordered. Lens.com rebate offer dates may vary, see rebate form for the qualifying promotional period. Offer not valid with any other sponsored rebates, offers or promotions. Offer good only in the U.S and Puerto Rico. Rebate rights cannot be transferred and are void where prohibited or restricted by law. Allow at least 10 weeks for processing. If these terms and conditions are not met, rebate will not be sent. In 4 months, added a bogus $20.00 “handling fee”. You just lost a customer!

I wish I had a 0 stars option. Don't expect to get your rebate, regardless of how careful you are filling out the paper work accurately and promptly. I just straight up never got it. Over the last two months I've had eight conversations with customer service over chat, email, and the phone. They just keep delaying and delaying but saying they need an additional 7-10 business days to process. Still no rebate. Every time I've talked to them on the phone I've spend over half an hour on hold. DON'T give this company your business. They're legitimate con artists.
