Jeffrey, I apologize for the confusion on your orders. I show you placed the original order online and entered the billing and shipping address in Middleburg, FL. The order was shipped out on 2.9.21. I show you contacted us on 2.10 to advise of the error and asked for the reshipment to be sent to Cahokia, IL. This order was sent to Chicago instead of Cahokia by mistake. The order was then reshipped to a new address you provided in Hazelwood, MO. I show that the package was delivered on March 2nd. We again sincerely apologize for the issues on your order.
