ORDER ELSEWHERE - REBATES ARE A SHAM
Company has gone downhill and their rebate practice now appears to be very shady. It was always nerve racking as to whether or not you are going to get it as entitled, but now, it feels like an intentional scam. Conveniently, they seemed to be "not receiving" a lot of people's rebate package back and there is "nothing they can do without the physical pieces". They require the cutout proof of purchase (barcodes). Convenient that they make you cut up the box to have what you need for their rebate requirements, which then renders the contacts non-returnable. And, now you don't get your rebate either because "they didn't receive it." How is there no override or backup policy when your customer has all of the appropriate documentation in soft form (including the barcodes)? Unacceptable. I only gave 2 stars instead of 1 as the rebate program used to work. Last few times it has felt like a 50/50 chance, if that.
