Avoid at all costs - not worth it! The rebate process requires your to send in a form by a certain date with cut out of your boxes. It's tricky cause they don't release the form until 14 days after your shipment.

The rebate is an absolute hassle and takes forever. Their prices with rebates are the same as other websites without. It took them 5 weeks after my rebate submission to just approve it, and now they're telling me it will be another 8-10 weeks after the approval. So looking at almost 4 months. ARE YOU KIDDING.

Don't expect your rebate. Rebate was advertised but never received despite following up at least a dozen time. Waiting 8 months for my $40. Not trustworthy

Ordered contacts with a rebate and received confirmation on 8/5/21 rebate received. I actually received a card in the mail but when attempting to activate card it said invalid card and when calling numbers to seek help got no response so that $100 rebate was a scam. The contacts were fine but I could have bought them at my local eye doctor for the price I ended up paying. Don’t believe their scam rebate. If your eye doctor isn’t offering a rebate, it likely isn’t real.

I have been waiting on a $150 rebate since SEPTEMBER 2021!!!!!! It’s late January 2022!!!! I am beyond disappointed. I have sent messages and chatted online. Their customer service just says it will be another week or two. I will never use this company again. They are thieves.

I ordered from Lens.com because their price with the advertised rebate was lower than competitors. However I am still waiting for the "easy" rebate more than four months after the order. Their live chat was ridiculous and did not offer any help, just said keep waiting and checking for your rebate. I do not recommend.

I purchase my contacts and wanted to claim rebate. However, the requirements are no where to be found, and they require the ALL THE ACTUAL BOXES AS PROOF OF PURCHASE! Between the reception of the products and the rebate form becoming available, I doubt any customers are gonna keep all the boxes. It's total manipulation and fraud! The customer representative rudely closed the chat and was just overall rude and unreasonable. This company needs to be taken down. Dishonest and disgusting!

Rebate Delayed with No ETA. I have been waiting 20 weeks for my rebate. Online chat today stated that the process takes 10 weeks. When I replied how many weeks I have been waiting, I was then told that I needed to be patient; there is no guarantee of when any rebate might come. I will be filing a credit card dispute for the rebate amount.
