They lure you in with a rebate to make you think you are saving money. They only give you a PO box to mail the rebate so you can't send certified with a signature to make sure they received it. I mailed my rebate Jan. 18th, 2022. I had to keep checking back as there was a message stating they are 6 weeks behind processing rebates due to covid. I logged in again today to see that they still had not received my rebate and it said the rebate had expired Feb. 25th! I called them immediately and told Casey what happened, She put me on hold to talk to her supervisor. She came back and said there is nothing they can do about it. I am beyond angry with. them and told her they have lost a customer!! I actually took photos of everything I mailed to them because I had a feeling something like this would happen. They don't care apparently....NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY....TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

Horrible Experience! I ordered on 10/8, and still waiting on $100 rebate. No excuse for these shady business practices. We are all working hard for our money, so it is inexcusable to lie about a $100 rebate that will never come. I am very disappointed in this, and will NEVER order from them again! Please do yourselves a favor, and order from another site!

A very frustrating process getting my order processed after my optometrist emailed the scrips several times. The rebate process is a process and after jumping through all the hoops I still have not received it after placing the order on November 11, 2021. After reaching out to them with my concerns there has been no customer service from the company. I will not be ordering from them or referring them. I strongly would suggest avoiding doing business with a company like this!

DONT USE LENS.COM. I ordered 8 boxes and returned all of them and followed all protocols within 1 week. Total was 385 and they refunded me 294. They said the 91 dollars retained were for shipping, “fees” AND TAXES. The shipping fee was 9.95, and the other 82$??? Isn’t it illegal to not refund me the tax fee when I returned the entire order? If u return an item at the store, you get your tax fee refunded. They did this because my reason for return was to use another supplier with my insurance. Funny when I made a return 4 months ago, I got all of my money back except the shipping. Also waiting for the 60$ REBATE for more than 5 months.

You will not get the rebate. I was supposed to get a $160 mail-in rebate, however, I checked 2 weeks after I received my order and 2 weeks after that - both times, there was no rebate form available to fill out. After looking and seeing the rebate form was made available, it said I have until the next day to get the rebate form mailed in to the rebate center. I talked to customer service; they could not help even though the rebate form was not made available prior. Rebate is a scam.

Don't expect to get the rebate. They don't make it easy for you and there are hoops you have to jump through to get the rebate submitted. You will need a laptop and a printer/scanner. In my experience over the years, they usually don't send the rebate even if you call to inquire on the status. Additionally, my lenses were delayed, for what seemed like an eternity, for them to ship them to me. I am unhappy and dissatisfied with lens.com

They claim that my rebate form which was mailed with the only existing proof of purchase has not been received. I’m now going to lose $160 in this very unfair scam.

I ordered contacts on 10/15/2021 for what I thought was $120. After finalizing the purchase I was told the cost was actually $160 with a $40 rebate that would be mailed to me. After three phone calls to customer service, who told me the rebates were backed up, I received a $40 VISA card, but not until March, 2022 (5 months later!). Be very wary about ordering from this site.
