I placed a request for my rebate on 9/3/2021 and still have not received anything 7 months later. I don't even know if it's going to the correct address at this point because it has been such a long time, I have moved since buying the contact lenses. It's kinda fishy that I couldn't even request the rebate until like 2 months after receiving the contacts, long enough for most people to forget about it. Then after placing the request, over 7 months later still not getting anything, long enough for most other people to forget about it if they even remembered to place a request in the first place. This is a scam and I will not be ordering from the company again. I've contacted customer service several times in the past 7 months, and they respond like they don't even know what I'm talking about, they talk in circles for hours like they don't understand the question, again hoping that I will just get too frustrated and give up. Then make a false promise that it is in the mail, which never arrived. It doesn't take any piece of mail over 2 months to arrive, even by snail mail.

Rebate offered. Rebate "automatically" submitted at time of purchase. Note on site indicates rebates are running 6+ weeks behind. After 5 months, no rebate, no change in status for several months. Federal law states, "Federal law states that consumers should receive the rebate in the timeline promised, and if that is not indicated, within 30 days after sending documentation to the company." So Lens.com is breaking Federal U.S. law by delaying its rebates beyond a reasonable period. I will be reporting to BBB and my state's Attorney General and the U.S. Attorney General as fraud. I encourage others to do the same.

Deceptive sales practices. They do not tell you of a very large "processing" fee to send you the lenses. It raises the cost to equal that of local vendors. I just purchased contact lenses without realizing this. They were shipped before I could cancel. Will not buy from them again.

The contacts are fine but I paid more than I would have from other vendors based upon the rebate card associated with the brand of contacts I was purchasing. 6 months later, still no rebate!

I have used lens.com for many years and WAS a satisfied customer. Their current marketing model is extremely deceptive. First, the price is shown after a huge rebate that, according to other reviewers, takes a long, long time to arrive, if ever. Second, there was a $79 processing fee (plus taxes) that was undisclosed on the final order summary. When I called customer service for an explanation as to why the final cost was so much higher than advertised, they explained about the processing fee that is shown underneath the shipping form. Underneath the shipping form is a large red "continue" box. You need to skip the continue box and scroll down to see an order summary with a line item for the processing fee plus taxes. Fortunately, at checkout I noticed the cost per box was more than twice the advertised cost, so I did not fall for their deceptive practices. This was a good company that has gone bad with a horrible marketing model of huge rebates and poorly disclosed fees. Disappointing to say the least and I will be taking my business elsewhere. When I did business with them last, there was no rebate and the processing fee was $7.

I still haven't recieved my rebate from October 2021.

It's been 18 weeks and still haven't received my 150 rebate,I understand it taking a little longer but this is ridiculous

Buyer beware. Their prices are VERY misleading. When I was checking out, it showed a price of about $95 total after rebate. When I got to actually check out, it was then almost $150 after rebate. I cancelled the order thinking I maybe ordered an extra box of lenses by accident. But no. I tried again, made sure I did my order correctly and chatted with Customer Service asking why. They said there are "fees." Okay, I understand there may be fees, but fees that add up to 50% of my entire order? Just be very careful BEFORE you finalize your checkout to be sure that you aren't hit with those ridiculous "fees." They are a similar price to other sites after their "fees" but I will not order from them because of how deceiving their price advertisement is.
