Took the order and billed and shipped to incorrect address

Very deceptive advertising. They lead you to believe that you can get your box of contacts for $65 which would be a great price. Then when I go to check out, suddenly the price is $109. There is an additional unexplained $35 fee and a $10 shipping fee. So add about $45 to any price you see. Very aggravating and extremely shady and deceptive. And the kicker is that they don’t show an explanation for this fee on your order. I assume part of it is tax, but the total is way above any sales tax rate. No breakdown of the fee. It’s just all of a sudden your order is $35 more than the price indicated with absolutely no explanation. Wish they would knock off the nonsense and sketchy practices and just show the actual price of the product.

There are hidden fees that are not shown or itemized, so your advertising is bogus. It's really a shame. All contact lens companies have these hidden fees which are nowhere itemized or explained. Even though I ended up purchasing lenses from you, I hate being treated like an idiot.

While the pricing on the website showcases the lower discount with the rebate, it is unclear there are significant taxes and fees added to the order when the payment is submitted. This is misleading advertising. I would rather have the fully loaded discounted price (including taxes/fees) shown upfront with the rebate.

The hidden fees that came with the subtotal is uncalled for. That cost almost as much as my contacts themselves. I will not order from here again if this is the case.

Hidden fees added an extra 50% charge to my order. Called to ask for a fee breakdown. They could not provide one. Late-stage capitalism at its finest.

Lens is my go to site for reordering contacts and will continue to be, however this last experience put me in a bind. I ordered two weeks before my end of supply and was not notified at checkout that my brand was on back order. I received an email three days after purchased notifying me that it will be three weeks before they deliver. If I knew up front I would have purchased a different brand.

They do not have my contacts in stock and I will not get them for another 3 weeks. That makes over one month since I ordered them.
