Watch for Hidden Fees
This is a site that will advertise, for example, $69.95 for a 90 count box of your preferred lenses, When you login to order them, they will require you buy 4 boxes to get that price. Ok fine. If you switch the "auto-fill" amount to 2 boxes, the proce can change to $73.49 per box. Ok, I get that. But when you go to check out, that is when the fun starts! They will add a $50.00 "admin fee" along with your local tax. Even if you then accept the price after all that nonsense, you will be billed another $35.00 and told you need to mail in a rebate form to get back $35.00. AND, when you print your rebate form, a large "COVID" announcement will annaounce that it may take 6 weeks to receive that rebate. Hey folks, this is not bricn and mortar. I can bet that the majority of their support staff works remotely. Where is the advantage of using this compnay? Why all the subtrefuge and sneaky tactics. Just go to Costco or Warby Parker and get the real deal up front? Oh, and then when they ask you for a review, and you pick 1 Star, it does not allow you to save that review!!!
