MY EYES ARE BURNING!!! AND HURTING SO BAD!!!! THEIR LENSES ARE REALLY BAD!!! DON'T ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Ordered contacts in November 2021, in June 2022 still have not received my rebate. I have reached out to cusomer service several times and am told "Covid delays". Total sham.

Their rebate is fake they falsely advertise they have an F rating on Better Business Bureau for this do not use them no matter what

I guess there's no way to leave "0" stars....the most unscrupulous rebate program ever. Not weeks out...months and months and they blame it on the pandemic (not the quick "selling the time"...but the uber slow "handling of the rebates". We can all shop prices.....and the rebate is attractive...but not like they handle it. Imagine they advertise the "millions" rebated...imagine the interest bump they accrue not paying the rebates for months on end? ...heck of a business plan eh ?

Like many of the previous reviews --- NO REBATE STILL! I ordered in November and when I contacted customer service last month, I was given the same excuses. According to the "rebate tracker" the funds have been loaded to the card so not sure why it is taking months and months to put in the mail. Not reliable!

6 months and still waiting. They blame the pandemic for the slow to no processing. I assume the electronic system did not wear a mask or socially distance.

Placed my order on 12/18/2021, which was about 26 weeks ago as of 6/17/2022. I have not received my rebate. Starting to think this is a massive scam. I asked on the online chat service and all they can tell their reps to say is some crap about how they're rebates have been such a huge success and they're struggling with demand but I'm going to go ahead and call bull crap on it. This is my first and last time using this company. I've used contacts for decades and have never had an issue getting a rebate from similar companies. I can understand waiting 6 to 12 weeks but 26? Come on. You can't blame the pandemic and supply chain issues on that. You know there's some rich guy laughing all the way to the bank. I'm also very suspicious of recent reviews claiming people received their orders quickly. Would not put it past this company to be making false reviews.

I’ve purchased contacts from them for years but last year they simply stopped responding to the rebates I submitted (2) - then they had the gall to claimed I never submitted them (twice). Ugh. $200 down the drain. I will never order from them again.
