I'm getting ready to turn these folks into the BBB for their shady practices, unless a manager calls me back soon. I have called and called these folks since February about where is the $150 rebate you promised me. This place was absolutely NO cheaper than anywhere else for contact lens, but was a bit if I would have received their $150 rebate as promised. If you go to their rebate tracking page, all my check marks has been GREEN for months now, except Mailing out of VISA card. They have attempted to use the "our supply chain is causing our issues to delay the rebate cards being sent out", however they screwed that one up back in April by marking all green check marks on all their tracking items except mailing out of the VISA card. Yes it's been processed already, just not mailed out! You can see my frustration and worry now because the VISA cards are only good for 1 year from the time they print them! Yes it was PRINTED back in April according to them, they just haven't mailed it yet. I did the rebate in Feb 2022, it's been in waiting to be mailed status since APRIL 2022, and now it's AUGUST 2022. That's right folks August! So want to take bets on if I receive it in April of 2023 when it expires?

I usually use 1-800 contacts. They have a return policy if your prescription should change you can send back your contacts to them. I called what I thought was 1-800 contacts and I was off by one number (tricky of them!)and I got lens.com. I explained that I wanted to send back the contacts I ordered because I got a new prescription. They said they don’t do that especially if the box was opened and it’s been past 30 days. It was about 36 days. I started arguing saying but you told me that was your policy. Finally I asked if this was 1-800 contacts and they said no this is lens.com. I don’t know if their prices are any good, but their policies stink! No thank you!

The website offered a 4 box price of 48.89 per box after rebate. With the 9.95 shipping fee the total should have been about 205.11 plus taxes. However when they totalled it up the total came to 403.47 less the $95 rebate the offered. In the end the charged$102.96 for "taxes and fees" which they were very vague in explaining.- something about a recovery fee. That amounted to about 50% in taxes. In the end it would have cost me more to order from them than other places where they include everything up front. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM. DO YOUR OWN MATH.

Cheating company! They said the rebate window will last 12 weeks/ 3 months after the order shipped. In fact they closed the rebate window just in one month plus 12 days. They promise they provide 7/24 serves, but the fact is their alive chat service refuse to listen and help. Their phone number is only for letting you order and reorder, not for solve your problem. There is no opt of human being pick up your phone. Robbing money or really care about the customers, has been shown clearly

Unscrupulous company! They lure you in with insane low rebate prices only to charge you taxes and fees that are insane. My order after rebate should have been $163 but the grand total was $291 which made no sense so I looked at the breakdown and they are charging 128$ in “taxes and fees”. I asked in the customer service chat why it would cost almost 80% tax and they posted a vague canned response and when I asked for more info the agent on the chat just said “it’s for processing fees like it says in the previous response”. So basically they are running a racket. They give you a huge discount and then recoup it on the backend with “taxes and fees”. I would run far away from this business.

Very very questionable pricing practices. Example from today: You pick a few boxes of lenses and pre- and post-rebate amounts show as $320 and $220. YOu take time and add all the info and address and credit card. Very last page only where you need to press the final button, you see the amount as $450. It turns out they have loads of "hidden taxes and fees" folks. Stay away.

They trick you to think you are getting a good price on contacts with the “easy rebate” the rebate still has not come 7 months after ordering. Don’t be fooled the website has said myVisa giftcard is on the way for months.

I ordered my lenses in January and waited the requisite weeks before sending my rebate (they received it Feb 15). Their website says that it takes 12 weeks for the rebate (a prepaid visa). I reached out to them (via chat) at 16 weeks (card was in "order fulfillment" which is supposedly the final step before mailing). Today, 5 1/2 months after their receipt of documents, more than 2 months in "order fulfillment" and in a chat with them they just say there's a backlog. Other online sites would have been cheaper, excluding the non-existent refund. Go with any other site to order lenses - same product and costs less, given that the rebate never arrives.
