Need fees explained up front
The only negative aspect is the lack of explanation of the fees up front. Yes before you accept the loan they are explained but when you first look at the amounts they do not tell you that a portion you will not receive because it is part of their fees.

The process to obtain my loan request approval was quick. Also, the process to paid off my credit cards debt was quick. Additional, the customer service that was provide to me was courteous and kind

It was fairly easy though my interest…
It was fairly easy though my interest is 29.6% it paid off several cards above 32%. So they saved me mony there. The issues I hade where with the lender. Tower conects to a leder thay are not the lender. I knew this going in. Only issues I had with the actual Tower company is they tend to tell you close your cards and pay them off. Whiel I agree with the statement, it's not why I called them, and they did call me a second time after I accepted and was approved. But over all good.
