Well let’s start with the fact that broccoli is more technically Advanced than I am. Keri, helped me through those Hurdles and there were many. She was polite, always and I can be a handful at times. She returned calls. I have an allergic reaction to surprises and she kept Them to a Minimum. She knows her business and I would refer her without reservation. She helped me ( she actually did most of the heavy lifting). Purchase a 6 family building in Massachusetts. J. Mercier ( unsolicited honest review).
