"I am writing to share my experience regarding my recent property closing. I want to express my deepest gratitude to David Mroczkowski. David is an absolute professional—he is knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly hardworking. Without his intervention on the morning of my scheduled closing, this deal would not have happened. He saved the day, and I am incredibly grateful to him. However, I feel it is important to share that the experience leading up to this was extremely difficult. Dealing with Keisha Nickie, I experienced a severe lack of communication and consistent requests for information at the eleventh hour, followed by silence when I reached out for updates. Being unable to get a response from the team as my closing date approached was unacceptable. I intend to work with David again for my next investment because he is amazing. Thank you again to David for making the impossible, possible. 5 star rating is for David only..
