Cindy, Thank you for taking the time to give your candid review. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and seamless lending process. We realize during an investment property transaction there are a large number of back and forth communication. At a glance, this may appear to make the process seem inefficient and prolonged. However, please note in the end our team delivered on its standard closing time of 23 business days for a rental loan. Regarding your closing costs, the additional funds were collected as a prepaid reserve for the first 3 months loan payments. This did not have a net increase on your loan expenses.
